Easy to get a quote and call answered quickly
It was very easy to get a quote and listing pre existing conditions. We have never yet claimed on a travel policy, but our premiums were rising a lot from our previous Travel Insurer (the naval logo). Vibes quote was what we had expected. Just after reviewing the Vibe docs I had to call them re the geographical areas, the call was answered quickly and my question answered clearly, leaving me reassured.
If I have to make a claim I hope this would be handled in the same efficient manner.

I did struggle to apply for a quote on the website- possibly due to the many health conditions I was trying to add. I called Vibe ins directly and the agent took my application for a quote and was able to quote a premium. We were very pleased with the cost and bought the insurance. The agent was most helpful, polite and professional. We do not tend to stay with the same insurance company but have stayed with Vibe ins due to the reasonable costs and great service.

I have never had to test them as to pay…
I have never had to test them as to pay out when needed but they put up the price from for annual insurance from approx £300 to £500 in one go. Tried to talk to them but was treated to corporate word salad. Its not a good business model
