Easy to talk to
Competitive quote (bearing in mind I have complex and multiple medical issues) and received docs quickly. I had to phone the next day because I’d forgotten a couple of medical issues and I was answered promptly and got everything sorted quickly. Hopefully I won’t need to test their claims line 🤞.

EDIT: Just help anyone out, apparently 'GP notes' is a stupid standard insurance industry term used to mean your detailed medical records (not just what's on the NHS app), that you can get for free by making a Subject Access Request. So check it's what Vibe means, then make a Subject Access Request for 'complete clinical notes and consultation history spanning the last 2 years'. However, the law apparently states that the insurer should send you a consent form and request the records themselves, not force you to do it via Subject Access Request.
If you don't want to do it yourself, inform the insurer (Vibe, in this case) that you want them to request a tailored report or file extract directly from your GP surgery using the proper commercial channels. They must provide you with an AMRA consent form to sign. This gives them legal permission to contact your doctor and pay the practice for the administrative work required to pull your records.

Would give 5 stars but they didn't respond to an e-mail and their online claims form is not very straightforward for unusual situations. However, once I'd got some advice about it over the phone, I was able to fill it in and upload relevant evidence and my claim was approved shortly afterwards. No messing, no asking for additional evidence, just approval. Date is incorrect as I forgot when they approved it.

Don't want to pay out!
Price is great, they cover a lot of preexisting conditions.
The problem is I was taken ill with food poisoning and had to spend a night in hospital, I paid by credit card and put a claim in for the costs and 2 months later I am still waiting on their decision whether they will pay or not!
They have even tried to deduct dental excess and they want a 2 year summary from my GP noting all appointments, tests and referrals which I will have to pay for.
First time I've had to claim for medical treatment and so far I am of the opinion they DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT!
Not only am I out of pocket for £1700 but I have a policy that's worthless in my opinion.
I took out an annual policy but will look at another provider to cover for my big birthday celebration later this year.
