Purchased coverage for Armenia, which is included in their Europe-restricted package, but they are unable to list the country on the official confirmation for visa purposes, as the company only provides 'example European countries' it is valid for. Even when purchasing additional protection for all European countries, Armenia would never appear on the confirmation, meaning it cannot be used to apply for a Visa. They were also unable to provide a full refund. In this case, I was scammed.

Updated based on reply: As the (polite) customer service acknowledged, Armenia does not appear on the visa-compliant certificate. Rather, only European destinations appear as examples. This means that the official certificate itself is misleading and does not mention the only country I purchased insurance for. This can cause issues when travelling abroad and I decided to get a partial refund, for a full refund was not available since I generated the official visa certificate (which was useless in the end regardless).

I recently purchased a policy from Insure and Go from Jesse. He was very helpful friendly and efficient and made the process simply and totally painless.

I made a claim after fracturing my Tibia on a ski trip in France. I paid up front for medicines, crutches and doctor's fees and kept all the receipts. The ski-ambulance also issued me an invoice, and this was set directly to the insurance company (AXA Insurance - they back Insure and Escape), and this was all settled and paid. I only paid the excess. It took just over a month to resolve, but they came through and I'm very happy with their service.

I made contact with insurer today and a very helpful young man talked me through the whole policy.
With his help, I was able to cancel policy and get a full refund, while I take the time to compare other companies insuring with health matters.
Very rarely, I come off the phone dealing with something quite simple not aggravated.

My agent was quick and efficient in dealing with my query and very clear in explaining what was involved. In addition I had feared that updating my policy might lead to additional costs, but it turned out that I was entitled to the update free of charge, which was a welcome surprise.
