I was missing my charger cables because I bought my unit used and your web site got me a replacement for only a few dollars! I’m so excited and with super fast shipping.

Trustworthy. Delivery was in just a few days. I'm happy with the product I bought.

Shipping was fast and Setup was easy. Used the unit to charge all my other Solar appliances since cloudy weather here lately. Very happy with my Portable Power Station 2400W, 1843Wh LiFePO4 Solar Generator. Of all the units I checked out from other companies this was the best value for the money.

The customer service is great. I charged it up and then had a problem working a mr coffee one morning when we had no electricity. I emailed the customer service people and got a respond that day! When does that happen?

Package received damaged. Perhaps not original container. Received in plastic bag with wide tape all around.

I needed a new cord to charge my portable power supply and on Amazon they wanted $50!! I went to Grecell instead and it cost me $12 with the shipping!!

Had a wonderful experience with the support team responding to a warranty issue with a 200W Solar Panel issue and replacing a lost A/C adapter (T1000). They need to be Honored and Recognized! Thank you.

I misplaced the power cords for the T1Pro 2200 and have been trying for 3 weeks just to get a new A/C power cord, to no avail and a poor ai responses (5 times now!) to a stupid simple request.
The T1 has horizontally oriented plugs as opposed to vertical like almost every other plug available.
No idea why they will not just send me the correct A/C plug.
I even ordered the T1 Pro 2200 plug from their website and they sent me the vertically oriented (wrong) plug.
IDK???

Just received. Arrived as scheduled. Too early to rate experience with equipment.

We lost the charger on a camping trip. The replacment chargers anywhere else are over $40 but Grecell replaced the charger for $2! (plus $10 in shipping). Still a fantastic deal.

As a wholesaler, we place large orders via Echo from EBL and Grecell and have already purchased several thousand euros from this party. There is currently a delivery where 2 power stations are missing and this has been going on for weeks. We do not receive updates and they take no responsibility for their episodes. Very unfortunate and not entirely confident in the business relationship.
