Dylan & Sean' excellent at fitting and installation and also cleaned as they went, very polite and didn't stop at all over 3 days, windows look stunning and kitchen door is just amazing. Fitted the wrong window as we ordered opening out windows and after a visit from the owner of greencastle who came to get his completion signed agreed to fit perfect fit blinds to keep.the wrong window and now doesn't return calls the office also refuses to return calls.
There aftercare is shocking stay well clear.

Our double glazed windows and doors were very tired after twenty years, so we decided to get some quotes for replacements. After doing some research and checking some reviews we decided to speak to Greencastle. Aaron came and explained the details of the products without any "pushy" sales pitch and he answered our questions comprehensively. He gave us a competitive quote for triple glazing, and we decided to go ahead with them. Aaron had samples of their products along with catalogues. We were very impressed by the robust and well finished products. From the
outset Greencastle were great on communication, and this continued every step of the way until installation, and this became important as we had dreadful snow and ice where we live in the far North of Scotland.
The fitters arrived and introduced themselves as Muir and Rhys who carefully explained how they were going to proceed. These guys were absolutely amazing and set to work immediately. They were great ambassadors for Greencastle as they were professional, polite and incredibly helpful. I cannot speak highly enough for these young men, and any worries we might have had dissolved completely.
All in all, the whole experience of having major work done to your house was a really good one. The quality is first class, the fitting was great and the communication with the office was seamless ( thanks Ava). I would recommend Greencastle to anyone considering buying or replacing home improvement products.

We were undecided on style so Derek spent a lot of time with us advising what would be best suited to our requirements - Even showing us a visual of different doors on our property which was extremely helpful when choosing.

I wasn't sure about committing to the amount of money quoted for the windows but was persuaded by Lindsay to have 4 windows fitted. He had been in my house nearly 2 hours and by this time I felt a bit under pressure. I paid the deposit and the payment went through before the salesman left my house. Having discussed this with family I decided to cancel, as I was still unsure, which I did within 2 days, the cooling of period is 14 days. I phoned on 4/12/25 to enquire about receiving my deposit back and was told it could take up to 3 weeks, which is a breach of the consumer rights legislation. I received the payment back into my account on 7/12/25 minus £249 which when I phoned, was told it was an"administration fee" which is also a breach of the consumer rights legislation. On both occasions when I had to contact the company I found the staff unprofessional and dismissive as well as uninterested. I gave a 1 star review only because there was no 0 star option. Avoid this company!

Contacted the company through word of mouth recommendation. Derek came out the same day. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Listened to what I was wanting and did not try to change my mind but did give valid recommendations. Overall I got 10 windows and 2 doors. Would highly recommend the company.

I had windows and a door replaced in June this year. One of the kitchen windows was accidentally cracked by one of the fitters before being put in. I was assured that it had been reported and a replacement would be made. It is now 5 months on and nothing has been done. I have contacted the company on four occasions and the only person l speak to is this rude woman who insists that it has never been reported. The cold weather is with us now and this cracked window is a problem with condensation as it’s not a small crack. I had thought about using this company for other home improvements l’m planning but if this their after care l won’t be.
