Friendly genuine guy Derek, wasn’t pushy or in for the hard sell. Felt like we’d known him for years, very professional, explained everything in layman’s terms, made it easy to understand and very helpful. Myself and my husband both felt he was considering our best interests and what mattered to us.

We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Chris the other day when he came to assess our windows in our newly purchased home in Muir of ord. Chris made us aware of what improvements we could make however, did not pressure us to purchase anything we weren’t comfortable with. Chris could see that some of the windows were newer than others so he only recommended to change the older ones. He presented us with a lot of knowledge which indicated to us how experienced he really is. We ended the appointment with a quote that suited my partner and I. So far we’ve had a great experience and we look forward to seeing our new windows in the upcoming weeks.

We just had Derek visit us to discuss replacing our front and back doors. Right from the onset we felt at ease. We didn’t feel like he was in for the hard sell. He measured up and discussed our options including suggesting things we had not thought of. He showed us the different styles and I was handed a brochure to look through. I did not feel excluded the way some salesmen can make you feel. We discussed the style and agreed on what we wanted ( I originally wanted a rosewood door), the price was very reasonable and after reviewing our requirements we signed the contract. Derek was very friendly and approachable with no hard sell and has a brilliant personality. If we need anything in future we will be in touch.

Well thats my windows done now and I have to say the lads that fitted them were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was a bother and the finished product is exactly what I was expecting, beautiful. Can’t thank them enough, Muir and Reece really good work guys, thanks so much.

I can recommend Greencastle. The windows were competitively priced and it was a painless experience from the moment Derek arrived to quote for the windows.
The fitters , Colin, Kenny and Adam arrived at 8am, introduced themselves and began work. They worked solidly and were finished by 1pm. Three windows and a front door all fitted quickly and efficiently

From the knock on our door from a Greencastle rep asking if we were interested in getting new double glazed windows to placing an order with Derek who took time to show us all the company had to offer, we were impressed with the range of options and happily agreed on the windows and doors we liked. Then Tommy arrived soon after and meticulously measured all our doors and window spaces.
Each and every person who got us to that stage could not have been any nicer and the whole journey was reassuring and straightforward.
Then the installers arrived to first of all remove all the old windows and doors.
John and Stevie were amazing. They worked so hard. They were cheerful, respectful and tidied as they went from room to room installing our new windows and doors. They are a credit to the company. We are getting so many comments on how lovely the finished result looks. We truly recommend Greencastle as a great company giving excellent service throughout and at a really great price.

Superb installation of doors and windows by Colin, Adam and Kenny- high quality doors and windows with the designs recommended by Derek working really well. Only reason not 5 star was customer service - communication of installation date vague - whilst we appreciated length of time to manufacture felt as a customer I had to chase to pin down a date. Despite this would highly recommend.

Emailed over the weekend for an estimate, got a prompt phonecall early in the morning and was lucky enough to get a slot available for an evaluation same day thanks to someone needing to reschedule.

Having researched over the weekend, I knew what was needed and ended up purchasing as the price was well within reason. Normally I would have three estimates.

Derek was well informed of the products and answered all my questions knowledgeably. The financing options as well as terms and conditions were clear and concise.

Presently surprised and please with Linda from the office, Andrew from Scheduling and Derek the Sales Executive. All were magnificent.

Derek was extremely genuine, friendly & chatty. It was refreshing to have somebody come into your home who is happy to chat & give an honest opinion than a pushy salesperson only interested in the commission they will make from the sale. There was no rushing through anything either. Any questions, he was happy to answer.

Made initial enquiry today about new windows and back door. Chris Gosling lovely bloke came out to do initial measuring up and discuss preferences. Professional manner and very informative. Very open and honest conversation and super trustworthy!
Was planning on getting a few quotes but felt very at ease and comfortable, trusted my gut and decided to go with GreenCastle today!

We had an amazing experience with this company. We purchased windows and a door and they are absolutely stunning. The two men that fitted them for us was called cliff and Jordan. They were fantastic. They were both lovely guys. So polite, nice and very clean. Nothing was a bother for them. They would clean up everything once they were finished for the day and done an amazing job for us. We would highly recommend green castle windows for the price and for the windows and doors. We would also highly recommend cliff and Jordan to do the job. 10/10. Robert and Linda Macgregor. Thurso. We would also like to say that when we phoned the company for anything there was a lovely lady called Ava that helped me with everything and was very nice and polite on the phone. Very good service. It took 12 months to finally resolve the issues with my window installation. The communication from the company was appalling
and the attitude of the MD leaves a lot to be desired.
The job was finally completed today in the morning and within hours they were on the phone asking for the balance of payment and that they would let me off for £200 for my inconvenience.
To give them some credit the team that did the initial installation were excellent, it wasn’t their fault that the wrong window was ordered (twice!) or that one of the gazing panels was broken. But 12 months to rectify the problem is an absolute joke and they don’t seem to care.

100% happy and Swindon time my mum used this used Greencastke, Derek this time showed her samples and explained differences for the front door.
