Derek, arrived this afternoon to give me a quote for some work that I was needing done, after a chat and checking wither my request can be done, everything sorted, just waiting the on the survey to be done now, then good to go. Will give an update when job is completed. Derek was very pleasant and no pressure at any point, and took his time explaining everything from the start to finish. Looking forward to getting the job done.

Easy and simply.

Derek came out within a week to discuss possibly installing windows and went through the whole process, brought samples, went through pricing and even discussed installation of front and back door.

Well just had a gentleman from greencastle home improvement by the name of Derek Reilly this man gives you peace of mind regarding your window's talked us through everything we needed to know Derek also listened to what we had to say it's all about what we wanted Derek thanks for your company letting us know all we had to know gave us an experience we never got with our last window replacement so just like to say thanks again mate you got the wife to agree with you lol 😂

Had my doors fitted yesterday! They are beautiful! So so pleased ! They were fitted by expert joiners,very professional and friendly ! I’ve just ordered a front door today,I’m sure I’ll get the same service as with the French doors.

The rep that came out to assess my windows was very polite and had a good knowledge of pricing and timescales.

At first I was happy to go ahead with interest free option, but later found out I could not get aproved for this and would have to pay more if I still wanted to go ahead.

(The only logic I can come up with from the lenders end, is that they really dont want to give out interest free loans unless they have to. No profit in it for them.)

Now this is where I chose to discontinue the order and requested a refund.

The refund timeline just for anyone wondering is 28 days. And yes it did take almost this long to get back 50% deposit.

I recieved the refund in full and am happy that the process was fairly straight forward.

In general the staff were friendly and helpful.

Just remember that if you do have to cancel, be very clear on this via both phone and email in order to avoid any confusion.

I cant comment on actual work done but hope this helps if you are thinking of going with this company.

Derek, the sales manager, spent a great deal of time discussing options,prices and time frames for the installation of my new Door. He was very friendly and I never felt that he was pushing for a sale, although I did need a new door and the choices were all lovely. Having made my choice, the company kept in touch and informed me when my door was ready for installation. On the agreed day, chosen to shut me, the fitters, John and Stephen and their young apprentice arrived promptly and set to work straight away. My new door was installed in under 2 hours and looks amazing. These guys were very friendly and happy to humour my inquisitive nature by explaining the process and answering my questions. I would recommend Greencastle if you're looking to purchase doors.

Couldn’t do enough for us and friendly.
