I was dissatisfied with the use by date as it was only 2 days so my pies must of been made at least seven days before I can't complain about the quality they were lovely

Tried the pies this time, wonderful, we usually buy our own local make (Wright's) will definitely be buying these in the future

The pies are delicious but the delivery method makes the pastry a little squidgy.

With very short notice, this bakers was able to produce a marvelous surprise celebration cake for a family member living in the centre of Manchester.
Unique, based around a bottle of Bourbon.it looked splendid.
The day of delivery it was raining like stair rods and windy. The delivery man laughed and said that someone had a great sence of humour.
I so wish there was a 'proper' bakers like this in the West Midlands. They bake some delicious northern wonders. Breads, buns, tarts, pies!

I placed an order for a cake to be picked up on a specific day, I arrived on the morning and the staff were friendly, I gave them my order details and they were handing my cake over within minutes, very fast pick up. Cake was delicious and fresh. Great service

Bread lovely. However only got half the order as there were production problems, which I understand can happen, but were still an inconvenience.

This was my second order so I thought as a treat I would order some cakes, when the parcel arrived they were nothing but crumbs all squashed and completely ruined not fit to eat, very dissapointed.

Always use greenhaulghs and always will, had them do funerals, wedding cake and birthdays. Always will use them, they do a wonderful job and are very friendly and easy to talk and very helpful.

The service when picking up was brilliant from the staff 5 stars, but where was the jam?? I know I request it. The cake design how it looked the picture didn't do it justice and my daughter whom birthday it was loved it so sorry 4 stars.

One of the tarts was broken when it was delivered and then i put thwem on a different tray and 2 more broke (possibly my fault) also you offered 10% off but i didn’t get it on a better note the cakes where delicious and everyone loved them

Couldn't fault anything. Its easy to order online, plenty of choice, order was on time and, the delivery driver was very helpful

I've always been a fan of Greenalghs and was delighted to discover I could still get them after moving down south. Pies arrived in good condition and had been kept cool. The free biscuit was a nice touch.

The product is very good when I arrived at the shop on the Saturday as arranged they didn't know anything about it I had to phone on the Monday and pick it up on the Tuesday

Delivered to entirely wrong address - not even the same block of flats! Driver failed to call me to let me know he'd arrived. Product quality poot - needed more ingredients and more gravy.
