Mariellas Reviews

It’s been a while and nearly a week from order to delivery and products delivered late afternoon 3/9 and out of date in 9/9
Less than a week to consume 8 products
Dates need to be longer even by a few days
Wont order again

Very good, bought my husband the vegan ones and he likes them a lot. My youngest son and I have tried the ordinary ones and they are very tasty, would definitely recommend. Easy to order, delivery was very straightforward and the quality was just as good as the first time I ordered from them

Very tasty especially the carrot cake 🍰
Will definitely order again.

I kept seeing an advert for the Birthday Pearls. I was excited to try them with the fresh cream inside with birthday sprinkles. Sadly they were underwhelming and I wasn’t keen on the sponge and filling. I’m unsure if a different flavour would be more enjoyable.

This my cakes really nice and thank you very munch

My delivery of cakes arrived extremely fast and I can honestly say that they taste absolutely delicious 😋😋😋
The customer service from Mandy is exemplary and I would highly recommend Mariellas to satisfy your cravings without feeling guilty 😁

The sprinkled toppings on these small cakes made them taste bitter. They were also quite soggy. Probably wont buy again unfortunately

Lovely thankyou 😘

I have not received them yet . GPO have said they would deliver on Tuesday stayed in all day they didn’t arrive. Then again on Weds I waited in all day they did not arrive again. They was for a tea party today so of course I am extremely disappointed. ☹️ Especially as this is my first order with you .They finely arrive late afternoon on the 3 day, to late for my special lunch with friends. 2 of them were a washed in first box , tiny little things very disappointed, hardly any cream in them, and don’t taste that brilliant either, Very expensive for such tiny quantities and nothing special.I was hoping they was as good as there photo on line, and worth waiting for. Totally disappointing.

Besides the products themselves being great, the customer service is truly exceptional. I'd ordered from Mariella's once before (back when they were 'The Skinny Bakery'), and the quality of the product has remained consistently good. This time round, I also ordered some vanilla cake mix, so I look forward to trying this out.

The Cake Pearls especially are lovely (the Carrot Pearls, Mint Choc, and Cherry Bakewell ones in particular), with a nice ratio of filling/icing to cake.

Mandy from their customer service team was super helpful, as they needed to replace one of my ordered items (they had run out of stock), so I was contacted before they even dispatched the order. Not only did they offer the choice of providing a substitute or a refund, but they even offered the option between a voucher or refund for the price difference between the original item ordered and its substitute. Truly amazing customer service 👏 👏👏

The cakes I got were delicious will buy againn

They looked so appealing on advertisement but in reality they were not as appealing and tasted empty no taste at all

I recently purchased a selection of pearls and layer cakes and I was pleasantly surprised with not only the taste but the quality of these cakes too! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous little bites.
Perfect for watching the calories.
My favourites were the birthday specials, or maybe the vanilla pearls, or could it be the victoria sponge bites? Then again... chocolate or carrot cake bites?
Truthfully loved them all. Supplemented by perfect order and delivery.
.

I saw this company on Instagram so gave them a try. Yes they are expensive but the cakes are really delicious! My favourites are all of the new layered cakes and for the Pearls I like the chocolate/double chocolate the best but they really are all very good. Speedy service and great packaging.

The cakes were very nice, my favourite was the Carrot cake.
Personally for the price I thought they would be bigger

Tasted gorgeous….Shame they weren’t bigger.
10/10
