Bad ingredients , misleading marketing
I bought this cream in Morocco after the seller specifically claimed it had a perfect 100/100 rating on the Yuka app, no harmful additives, and excellent ingredient quality. The seller even scanned the product in front of me to demonstrate the score.
After returning home, I noticed that some ingredients shown on the packaging were not reflected in Yuka’s database. I requested Yuka to do a verification of the ingredient list specified on the packaging. Once the ingredients were updated, the product score dropped dramatically from 100/100 to 22/100 due to the presence of octinoxate, an ingredient flagged by Yuka as high risk and potentially endocrine-disrupting.
As a consumer, I feel misled. I paid a luxury price believing I was purchasing a clean, high-quality product, but the information presented at the time of sale did not match the verified ingredient profile later shown in the app.
I strongly encourage buyers not to buy from this company

I purchased some perfume Greenmood's website online and paid an additional £20 for delivery.
Nearly 3 weeks later the purchases have still not arrived and my emails to the company enquiring about a delivery date have gone unanswered.

However, as you may understand, customs duties, import taxes, and additional clearance fees are determined entirely by the regulations of the destination country and are unfortunately not under our control.
We always do our best to make the customer experience as smooth and pleasant as possible, and we have implemented several solutions in this direction. Unfortunately, it remains difficult to avoid such charges 100%, as they are outside our control and cannot always be predicted in advance.
That said, this type of cost does not reflect the quality of our service. It is simply linked to international transactions, which vary from one country to another and also depend on the product category involved.
