As usual, DG's care, dedication and enthusiasm ensured a customer who was very happy with the level service given with advice and pointers given the weather we are currently having...

TOP MARKS AGAIN!!!

Luke was polite, courteous and informative. He told me what he was applying to my lawn, what it would do and how to follow up on the treatment going forward.

Please could you remind your drivers not to use peoples private driveways as turning areas when there is a proper turning circle available at the end of the road.

One of your vehicles (registration CX24 SFJ) did this at my property in Bolton on 15 July 2026. I have children who play on the driveway, so having vehicles unexpectedly turn around on private property creates an unnecessary safety risk.

I would appreciate it if this could be passed on to the driver and your team to help prevent it happening again.

The treatment was carried out on the planned day.
I received a phone call explaining the treatment and was politely asked to water the grass later that evening.

Since the company has been taken over, I’ve had to wait 6-8 weeks twice for my complaint to be answered. Simply not good enough. That said, Dan came round and scarified my lawn with his usual cheery smile and did a great job.

We had received treatment for our Lawn by Luke Kelly, Luke was very respectful and informative while he was doing his job. An amazing asset to the company while having an amazing attitude and a good will to work.

David Gleeson came out to us today. First class job, highly reccommended!

My lawn was treated today, after being put back a week, having been informed by email and text. The summer ready treatment was done by Luke Kelly, who let me know he had arrived before starting treatment. He was polite and offered to add another service, Oasis at extra cost, Í said thank you but not today. He finished the quickly and without fuss. Before leaving he passed me á leaflet showing what treatment was done & pointed out useful tips in the leaflet for aftercare. I have been with Green thumb for many years and they have always done the job, efficiently, keeping me informed of any delays & sending offers of other services for me to consider in the future. Green Thumb provide a reliable service and keep our lawn as healthy as possible. I have recommended them to people so I hope they take up their service.o

I always like Green Thumb although I very rarely see them as I am out at work, but they always inform me as to when they are arriving ( ie by "E" mail). But hopefully when I retire I will see them more regularly??!!

Jamie from Canterbury is always on time, explains what he’s doing and is professional and knowledgeable about his work.
He is friendly and always reminds me not to let my dogs outside on the lawn for a while after he’s gone.

Green Thumb Lawn Treatment keeps my lawn looking in good condition. They always arrive at the timecsnd date stated and leave advice about looking after my lawn and any further treatment required. Service still great. But much preferred popping into the beverley office as apposed to book in alter on line. Bad move in my opinion but its the way of the world now

When you cancel your subscription can't get some of your money back they say they are very busy and having to take .on more staff sorry but that is not my problem, they are very quick to set up your DD and take your money cant get though to my local depot rang another number told cant speak to me has account in my husband's name yet DD in my name but the other day could speak to me absolutely disgusting Greenthumb is not how it used to be years ago and reading other reviews I am not on my own

Just had a visit from Luke Kelly , very nice chap , asked me about lawn care needs and made some good suggestions.

Tom visited this morning and not only did the treatment necessary for red thread but also took time to ask about the lawns generally giving his advice on ways to maintain and improve them - he clearly knows his ‘stuff’ and is a great ambassador for Green Thumb particularly in the midst of the organisational difficulties Green Thumb are having now - the personal touch makes all the difference!

Just had my Oasis/NutraBooster treatment completed by Lewis this morning. As with all Greenthumb representatives a very pleasant experience. He explained everything to me regarding the treatment and how to follow up. All my interactions with this company have been nothing but pleasant; highly recommended.

Green Thumb did a great job on our drive. We were kept well informed of arrival times and the prep required beforehand. David Gleeson was our rep and he was excellent. Very professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Explained all the safety protocols and did a great job. Would recommend. Thanks all.

Although it was disappointing that the manager David Gleeson was unable to assess my lawn until over a week later after complaining, in which time I had used my initiative to water my lawn I found his visit helpful. I hadn't realised it is best to water your lawn in the morning. He gave me advice due to the very hot weather we were experiencing to water my lawn regularly. He also offered to treat it with oasis free of charge to help recovery. Thank you.
