I have just called the green waste club to inform them of the death of the one of their members and the person i spoke to was unsympathetic and stated in no certain terms that the membership would be cancelled even though the person is deceased, and they would not issue a refund. they then wanted to charge £12 to come and collect the bin, stay away Biffa who runs this scheme as they do not have a clue to customer services on how to deal with a deceased relative.

My bin was not emptied last week, so I telephoned and was told that it would be emptied in the next 1-3 days, this did not happen. Called again and was told that an e-mail was being sent to the branch manager and I, in turn, would be e-mailed the response, no email. Called again and was given the same story, guess what, no email. This is not what I call customer service.

Terrible Service, collections missed multiple times or claims of bin not at kerb side. When calling to arrange for missed collection support is hit and miss. 12 month supply agreement but you won't get what you pay for. Watch out the £10 bin collection fee when you cancel. Beware !!

Obtaining money under false pretences is a criminal offence!!!!!

Waste has not been collected regularly since I moved in to my property. Most collections dates have been missed for the whole area by many weeks. Garden waste is stinking and rotting, and the few times it has been collected, they leave foul smelling liquid deposits on all of the local streets. At minimum, everyone impacted should be offered a refund, pro-rata for each collection missed. How are we supposed to dispose of this stinking mess?
Service levels are utterly contemptible. No communication about refunds, no definite dates for any action. Avoid, and dispose of your rubbish yourself, before it rots, and becomes a foul stinking mess.

Unfortunately they took my money and never deliver the bin since 12 of June. Untrusted company, keep away from it.

We have been waiting for weeks for a collection, with the website explaining that they don't have enough HGV drivers. Why not? It's a business that is based entirely on having people who can drive trucks around, so that other people can empty the bins.

More stalling tactics from this innept and rude company. We tried to complain yesterday and they could not care less. We paid in full in May, never had a single collection. Just told repeatedly leave your bin kerbside and we will collect (insert random day of week)... No collections, I asked for a pro rata refund to be told its a non refundable policy. They are thieves. Take our money, no service ever so far and constant delay tactics. Our bin has been kerbside since May waiting. Now a rotting, stinking fly invested health hazard. I have terminal cancer and do not need this extra health hazard. Get it sorted!!!

we have been waiting since 6th march for a bin to be delivered- they are quick to take the money but the service has been appalling- i have emailed several times no response and i have called several different numbers and no one answers! Awful service.
