Once again Grocery Online scores well for their superb customer service. There was an apparent stock problem with one of the items I ordered. I queried this via the chat facility and a staff member responded but then followed up via email to say that stock had come in and adjusted my order to my original order level. This kind of intervention with an online order is unusual and deserves recognition. Also, their products are good quality and well priced.

I always find what I am looking for in indian grocery items (unless they are sold out at that time) and the delivery is quick. The best thing I like about Grocery Online is their gesture- they always send a note to say thank you with some of everyone's favourite candies. At times they also send some free goodies to try like a packet of Basmati rice or MTR vermicelli :)

Delivery took too much time, registered email not identified on site. Did chat with executive for resolution..but didn't got resolved.

Lovely, delicious products, that I'm thoroughly enjoying eating here, thanks. However, when the order arrived the driver told me the original box it had been sent in had fallen apart, so they'd had to repackage/secure all the contents within it, so they did, very well indeed too. So you may want to consider this please, in order to try to make these boxes/deliveries more secure, thanks :)

My order was delivered quickly and efficiently. They packaging was good and the quality of the groceries was good as well.

I have been getting Indian groceries since the lockdown from groceries online . They have been very good in the beginning but have deteriorated since then . A bit disappointed . Also they don’t have all the selection.

The mangoes ordered were fresh and ripe to eat.
All the items ordered were delivered timely and in perfect condition.
