I stand with their moral cause, the suffering they've been through, and their ongoing fight against the system.

I’ve been a lifetime member for several years now, and while there have been a few bumps along the way, the platform has come out stronger than ever. The range of offerings is fantastic, support is fast and responsive, and the amount of work that’s gone on behind the scenes to reach this point is truly impressive - and it's only getting better! Highly recommend!

They charged me for 6 months in 1 go. Despite Festinger Vault being broken & being unable to access account to cancel.

Asked on the "support chat" to get a refund and got a bot replying back telling me if I want my lifetime license, I have to leave a TrustPilot review.

I don't want a lifetime license, I want a refund.

TrustPilot guidelines are: "Trustpilot doesn’t allow companies to offer payments or benefits in exchange for leaving a review. Learn about incentives."

Yet the bot is telling people to leave a review if they want a lifetime license.

UPDATE: They are saying to contact them... I already have and they have not responded. This is not from a competitor.

Very good experience so far. Hope they will continue their services. Lots of plugins and themes contained and reasonable website speed. Been a customer since Nov 2023, when they were operating under a different brand (I'm a lifetime member since FV). Cool website with a lot of choices and hopefully it will stay so.

I've been working with grootmade for quite a time and I am very happy with the selection of items as well as the speed of the support. I really recommend working with grootmade!

UI looks like its fast and an upgrade I was an early adopter to the original company and in the switch over to grootmade im looking forward to having my lifetime licence reinstated so i can test it fully and update my review

Good repo for getting the WP plugins. They seem to be the most advanced repo around. Seems like stability has also improved greatly. Hope they keep up the good work.

Overall, my experience has been positive and I always find their products useful, well-designed and reasonably priced. They’ve gone through a major transition and that has been noticeable at times, but this new phase feels more promising. Everything seems more polished, more professional and better focused. For now, I’m still happy with what they offer and I’m curious to see how they continue to develop.

Now Grootmade is gone too.

At this point, we're not watching a software business anymore.

We're watching a franchise.

The Fast & Furious of lifetime deals.

The only thing changing faster than the domains is the branding.

The funniest part has always been the word "lifetime."

Most people assume lifetime means:

"Pay once. Use forever."

The apparent industry translation seems to be:

"Pay once. Use until further notice."

Or perhaps:

"Pay once. Use until the next rebrand."

Or even:

"Pay once. Use until we discover a more exciting domain name."

Businesses fail. That happens.

Markets change. That happens too.

But watching multiple "lifetime" platforms disappear while customers are left holding the bag starts to feel less like bad luck and more like a recurring TV series.

Every season follows the same script:

Episode 1:
Launch a shiny new platform.

Episode 2:
Sell attractive lifetime plans.

Episode 3:
Build a loyal community.

Episode 4:
Collect glowing reviews.

Episode 5:
Problems begin.

Episode 6:
Costs become unsustainable.

Episode 7:
Unexpected challenges appear.

Episode 8:
Service shuts down.

Season finale:
Register a new domain.

Repeat.

The truly remarkable achievement here isn't building websites.

It's somehow convincing customers to believe that this time things will be different.

After Festinger Vault.

After Grootmade.

After countless disappointed users.

That's honestly impressive.

At this stage, buying another lifetime deal from the next project would feel like marrying someone who already had two previous "forever" marriages end in spectacular fashion and saying:

"Third time's the charm."

Maybe it is.

Maybe it isn't.

But history has been trying very hard to leave clues.

You may be gone, but your greatest legacy lives on:

Well, let’s be real… most of the 5-star reviews here are from people hoping their lifetime licenses (from Festinger Vault) get reactivated after being banned for no reason.

If you’re one of those leaving 5 stars, wake up, it’s a trap.
And if you’re thinking about buying, seriously, wake up, it’s a trap.

It honestly feels like some kind of blackmail situation just to maybe get back something we already paid for. Whether they actually restore the licenses or not? No idea… but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Anyway, like they asked, I’m leaving a review on Trustpilot, just not the one they were expecting. And yeah, I’ll also be telling the same friends I once recommended this to (back when I thought it was legit) to come here and share their experience too.
