Been here from day one and the fact that they honor their promise with every improvement they bring into the platform is a reason Id vouch for them.

I bought the lifetime 2022. Tested many plugins and themes to find the right ones for my customers. After making the decisions, bought the real licenses. Have not been active some years but want to try the new grootmade.com that looks very nice.

I’ve been using Grootmade after Festinger mainly for testing purposes and occasionally downloading GPL plugins when I need them. I’m not a heavy user so I don't need the main ones that are way too expensive, so Grootmade is a real gamechanger for me and my development to use forked software without the premium price for support.

The downloads have worked well for what I need, and everything has been easy to access. For testing environments, it’s been useful to quickly try out plugins or themes without any hassle or signing up with credit card info on all other websites. I really love it.

On the few occasions I had a question, the response was fast and helpful, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel reliable and professional.

Even though I only use the website sometimes and not heavily i really recommend it and can't miss it with every new project I start.

GrootMade is a very useful platform for WordPress users. The interface is clean, the downloads are easy to manage, and the huge library of themes and plugins saves a lot of time. It’s especially helpful if you work on multiple websites. Great value for the price.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing a subscription from this company.

Since 2022, they were providing subscriptions for website templates, WordPress plugins, and themes. Later, they informed customers that they were dealing with a court case and requested additional payments. Unfortunately, my lifetime subscription ended up becoming worthless, and I did not receive the value that was originally promised.

The company has now launched a new website under the name "Grootmade" and requested 5-star reviews from customers. In my opinion, many of the positive reviews may have been encouraged through membership-related incentives, which raises concerns about their authenticity.

As a result, I lost the money I spent on a lifetime subscription. I would recommend researching alternative providers and comparing options carefully before subscribing here.

Of course, this is only my personal experience and opinion. Everyone should do their own research and make an informed decision.

I've been a Festinger Vault customer for years. As a small consumer who only manages a handful of personal websites, paying for individual premium plugins separately just isn't feasible, the lifetime plan was the right fit for me, and Festinger Vault delivered without ever letting me down.

Then the transition to GrootMade happened. As someone who isn't very active in the community, it was a rough ride and left me feeling like my lifetime access, something I'd paid a significant one-time fee for, was lost.

That said, GrootMade reached out, acknowledged what went wrong, and is making it right. Not every company does that, and it does take some courage to admit when things didn't go as they should have. I believe in second chances, and I genuinely like the idea behind merging Festinger Vault and GrootMade into something better for the long term. It looks promising, and I'm cautiously optimistic. I'll be watching how things develop.

Been a customer since 2022, back when the founder was operating under a different brand. Overall the product was great — the plugins worked well and it was a solid value. Like any growing company they went through some changes and down times, but things have come back strong now under Grootmade. The product looks great and even with some expected growing pains from the relaunch, the experience so far has been really positive. Happy to be a continuing customer and looking forward to seeing where they take it.

Well in every company does have some ups and downs, but they are resilient.

Been using this tool since 2023 quite amazing, having access on most popular plugins and themes, another feature I like most is where you can request if it's not available on the library.
The best part is the white label features, where you can be able to own it the plugin according to your preference.
In terms of supports, they are very active.

Well basically all the 5 star reviews on this site are done by people hoping that their lifetime license (transferred from festinger vaut) will be activated. It's like a blackmail of sorts in order to restore the already purchased licenses. Whether they actually reactivate them or not I do not know! I would presume not. But as requested by their team I am also leaving a review on Trustpilot.

Good site! They’re building afresh.

I used to spend nearly €300 on a lifetime membership with FestingerVault. Then legal issues arose, and everything came to a halt. This year, the relaunch under the name GrootMade looked promising. But the initial promises weren’t kept. Despite having a lifetime membership, we were only granted access if we wrote a positive review. Despite the positive review, our access was revoked yet again. On top of that, we received two monthly invoices despite the lifetime membership. Most recently, we lost access to our user accounts entirely—now there’s just a single account for everyone—and for weeks now, the service has been unusable because all downloads and the WordPress plugin are down. You can’t send emails to support because all messages bounce back—the domain is on known spam lists. And GrootMade itself isn’t sending any emails either. GrootMade is dead! They ripped us all off and have now taken off…

An interesting service for testing WordPress plugins to assess the feasibility of a feature for client quotes. Once the quote has been signed and the plugin has been budgeted for, it can be purchased from the original developer to support further development.

What crazy scammers!
The cheek of it! They get sued by Automatic, so rebrand from Festinger Vault to Grootmade. They tell lifetime members that they'll get lifetime access to Grootmade, then take it away. Then offer to reinstate membership in return for a review! Well how do you like this review?

Oh they want to play the "they're a competitor" card. No, I've been a "lifetime" member for years, long before their court cases with Automatic. They keep promising everything will be sorted, but it never is. Then finally they take away access and offer to return it in return for a review. If this review gets taken down then I'll publish the whole story with screenshots, so I suggest they think twice and change their tune.

I am not a 'third-party competitor network' I am a person who purchased something from you and I am not happy with your service. You are festingervault acting as Grootmade. Your service has been awful with downtime, access issues, legal issues, and constant changes that have affected my account, access, and the service you offered.

I've even reached out to Paddle regarding my payment and the account I can no longer use properly, with the functionality that was advertised, but yet you do not respond to those requests either.

I Paid US$358.80 on Jul 31, 2023 and expect a working account, which I do not, instead I get a message about 'we’ve decided to restore your lifetime license here on GrootMade as a gesture of goodwill.' But only If I leave a review. I paid for a lifetime licence, I should not have to leave a review.

I have my invoice and the information I need to prove I am a client and not a 'third-party competitor network' as you state.

All I want is a refund or a fully working account! But you cannot provide either.
