I ordered a size 9.5. After complaining about a lengthy wait, eventually the delivery arrived: a size 4.5!
I have phoned and emailed numerous times requesting either a refund or replacement but the phone is never answered and there are no replies to my emails.
I would strongly advise anyone not to buy from Groundedfeet and will report them to the Trading Standards Authority.

Size is smaller than any other size 9 uk I have had, width is also extremely narrow somuch it's painful to walk in them. The material and sole are not bad but I won't be waring them

Quality of the shoes is not as good for the price they ask.
Unfortunately size was on the small side for both my childrens. No replay when emailed the for returning or changing the shoes with bigger ones.
Avoid.

Everything felt like scam. Gives an impression of them having stock and then after purchase revieals they do drop shipping.
The item reached several days after their claimed delivery date. Even after sending multiple emails to cancel the order, they only responded with an email saying they would send a return label shortly, after the shoes were delivered.
Feels decieved and scammed.

Dropshipper claiming UK stock, just has awful items sent by temu which you could buy for 1/4 of the price. No delivery communitcations, no replies, nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

**UPDATE**
Shoes arrived today and yesterday GroundedFeet emailed me back telling me they would chase the delivery.
The shoes are as advertised, no complaints there.

I got scammed :( paid for some shoes on the 12th July, no shoes has arrived. Tried to call the support number on their website, auto answering machines says it takes no calls. sent 3-4 emails to their support email address and no replies.
Checked their supposedly address and its a run down terrace house in London according to google maps.

Reported the merchant to shopify.

I am very pleased I chose to shop with grounded feet. These shoes are extremely comfortable and good value for money. Funnily enough, I use these more often for my walks and jogs than my expensive Nike running shoes. I might try out their pro version as it will be nice to have a variety.

These barefoot shoes are excellent. I have foot neuropathy and arthritis in my right foot and I can walk without pain and discomfort. I have other barefoot shoes but these are slightly more robust for walking. So pleased with them.

I was really excited to try these trainers and tbh they do seem like they will be comfortable. Unfortunately my size is a bit snug so I wanted to change for a different size. The company communicated well with me prior to my delivery arriving as I was worried there was an issue with my address upon ordering. However, upon delivery of my trainers I have been trying to contact the company to ask to return and exchange the size and they stopped communicating. They say for refunds or exchange you need to get permission but then don't answer and the number to call is a mobile number that never answers or calls don't go through! They have a 60 day money back guarantee but don't respond. What a sham company. Now I'm having to go through my bank to get a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Really impressed with my Groundedfeet barefoot shoes. They're comfortable, lightweight, and feel very natural to walk in, with plenty of room for my toes. The sizing was absolutely perfect, fitting exactly as expected right out of the box.

Genuinely impressed with Grounded Feet from start to finish. I was slightly nervous about sizing since buying shoes online is always a gamble, but the fit was spot on — true to size, no break-in period needed, no rubbing or discomfort anywhere. Comfort-wise, slipping them on felt like walking on clouds. My feet have never felt better, even after wearing them for a full day on my feet.
Beyond the comfort, the design is genuinely lovely — clean, well thought out, and doesn't look like a typical "comfort shoe" that sacrifices style for function, which is rare to find.

Pricing felt very fair for the quality on offer. A lot of brands charge a premium for comfort tech that doesn't actually deliver — here it felt like the price undersold what you actually get.

Customer service was excellent too, no hassle, quick and helpful.

Overall couldn't be happier. Great quality, great price, excellent service — would definitely recommend Grounded Feet to anyone looking for genuinely comfortable, well-made footwear. Already thinking about my next pair.
