FINALLY I have found a shoe I can wear…
FINALLY I have found a shoe I can wear all day. I have a closet full of shoes that felt great in the store but when I get home I can't wear any of them more than an hour. Quite exasperating because it's gone on for years. Sandals are great but I live in a northern state so that's not possible due to weather. My own experience is without socks my feet sweat, so I have purchased a very thin sock that hides totally within the shoe. And I'm good to go! I began wearing them in June of this year following directions re: Brian at Groundedfootwear and they became my favorites pretty quickly. I recently (September) bought two more pair in colors. This is exciting for me. I have wasted so much money on shoes I cannot wear.

I've worn the Freedom shoe since April
I have worn the Freedom shoe since April. After 10+ years of chemo-induced neuropathy in my feet and lower legs, I now notice long periods of time of my feet and legs feeling completely normal! My balance is also greatly improved. I am absolutely thrilled and own 3 pairs in different colors!
I recently ordered 2 pairs of the Evolve shoe. I guess I didn't notice these do not have the wide toe box and doesn't fit my feet and won't be good for my neuropathy. I am keeping them because the inner sole of the Evolve shoe is more durable that the inner sole of the Freedom shoe.
The inner sole of the Freedom shoe is the one complaint I have. I wish Grounded Footwear sold replacement innersoles for the Freedom Shoe. I would so happily buy and replace them.

I had the most wonderful expedience…
I had the most wonderful expedience with customer relations, my order was lost at the delivery center, I contact them and immediately a new order was placed a discount credited to my account for the inconvenience, I was skeptical about the whole thing, but yes, I got everything as promised. I wear then to my gym Life Time here in Maryland and I got lots of compliments and inquires, but the best is how they feel. I am really loving my shoes. Thank you Grounded footwear.

Super response time
I had trouble with my first pair of grounded shoes. They leaked water through tiny holes in the soles.
The customer service rep was very sympathetic and asked me to send him a picture.
Within the hour I received an email response saying they were shipping out a replacement pair no charge under their warranty .
I plan to order 2 more pair.

Returns Impossible, Poor Quality
They make returns nearly impossible and the shoes are just overpriced Chinese-made re-brands of shoes you can get about 80% cheaper on Amazon. Don't fall for their gimmicks.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I just bought a pair and can't get a refund because I wore them to try them out. I've got the worst blisters I've ever had in quite a long time. Their return policy says they have to be unopened and unworn, and my response to the agent I was communicating with was how does someone know if these are going to work for someone if you can't wear them. I've had them less than 2 weeks and only walked 1.5 miles in my neighborhood.

I love your shoes
I love your shoes. I purchased a pair for my wife and myself not quite a month ago. I LOVE THEM!!!!
They relieve the pain and stiffness in my knees.
I LOVE THEM!!!
The only issue I have with them is, I can't ware them to work. For 8 to 10 hours a day, I'm hobbling (sore/stiff knees and feet) from station to station in my work boots.
Have you considered or, is it even possible to make grounding boots with steel or composit toe protection so they can be worn in areas where foot protection is required

Amazing!
These shoes are amazing! Now, my son and my husband have them as well. They help me with my balance. My son has a bad bunion and he has no problem with these shoes. My husband is a new convert. It’s surprising how comfortable they are! Now I’m looking for ones for fall and winter.

I have 5 pairs of these shoes and just…
I have 5 pairs of these shoes and just ordered two more. From the moment I put my first pair on I felt instant relief. I'm not kidding. At first I thought it was a placebo effect but it wasn't. When I wear these shoes I get relief from foot, knee, and back pain and I can stand and walk longer. I've been able to put off knee replacement a while longer due to the relief I've experienced. I love love love these shoes and highly recommend them. I've tried other brands but didn't experience the same relief. I encourage anyone with pain walking or standing to try this brand of grounded footwear. I don't think you will be sorry. I'm not. I couldn't be happier with them. Customer service is awesome also. Double win!
