So far so good!
So far, the shoes have been great I've several pair. The only negative is the Evolve model which is the shoe I like the most. The problem is the Evolve is not made the same as the Freedom and does not have the same wide toe base causing my feet to be cramped and I wear the largest size available. When I called about returning a pair because I ordered two pair the service rep was very discouraging attempting to offer a discount instead. I ended up giving the shoes to my nephew as he will probably get the second pair also when they arrive, but I haven't given up on the company yet because I'm looking to order the Limitless!

They take some getting used to
They take some getting used to, considering I wore HOKA and Brooks every day for work, but as I am getting used to them I can feel the back of my legs strengthen, I am walking more balanced. So yes, I would recommend them. The customer service is great, they are a very understanding company.

These shoes are FOB China. They talk about “Your order will ship in 2 business days…” FROM CHINA! I would have paid for a more expensive shoe if I knew it would show up in 4-5 days. As it is they are NOT the least expensive highest rated. I just picked the wrong review platform.

Review of Order Placed with Grounded footwear
I placed an order for three items from Grounded Footwear in June, but unfortunately the package never arrived, tracking stalled on June 24 and never updated again. When I reached out, I also shared that my neurologist had advised me against wearing barefoot-style shoes due to nerve damage in my feet.
Despite the situation, the customer service team, especially Grayson, was incredibly professional, understanding, and supportive. They processed a full refund without any hassle, respected my health concerns, and made me feel heard every step of the way.
I truly appreciate that they didn't just follow policy, they showed genuine care and made the whole experience as smooth as possible. Thank you for a positive resolution to a difficult situation.

The shoes are very comfortable, however!
The shoes are very comfortable. I really liked them. However, they don't seem to be made of a very durable material. Within one month of normal use there were two holes in one of the shoes, and both shoes had noticeable evidence of wearing out. I would have expected a company to have some type of quality warranty, but, apparently Grounded Footwear does not. I went back and forth with customer service, who was continually tone deaf to what I was saying about the quality. They just kept telling me that shoes have to be returned in new condition in order to get a refund. Apparently, they don't back the quality that they want you to think they have. Very disappointed!

I read all the reviews and did some research before ordering my first pair of shoes - "Grounded Freedom" I started wearing them the day they came in and have not been disappointed. Have noticed a tremendous difference in my Knee's, pain has decreased 80% in just over 4 weeks of wearing. I decided to order a pair of "Grounded Evolve" to have a more dressier style. I was disappointed when they arrived to find out they didn't fit. After communicating with Grounding Footwear about my issue and to find out that they do not fit the same as the Freedom brand, they worked with me on a Refund. They were so easy to work with that I will definitely be ordering again in the future. I want to personally thank Riley for all your help with my issues.

Ordered sneakers on April 5
Ordered sneakers on April 5. On July 8 called that sneakers had holes in the toes. I did wear everyday. They told me no longer under warranty. I was 3 days over. Beware do you want to spend this much money for sneakers to only last 3 months. I will be posting on Facebook and intragram with pictures. So many other sites that sell barefoot sneakers.

Grounded Footwear was one of my the best decision I
Grounded Footwear was the best investment I could have made for my overall health. The Footwear has helped stabilized my balance,strengthened my lower extremely,comfortable and easy to slip on with tie adjustments,it's almost like your feet are walking on the bare ground...easy to take care of throw them in the washing machine I washed mine with laundry detergent on the cold cycle then allow them to air dry....I own two pairs now,very pleased with the healthy benefits,delivery was great and Customer Service was fantastic. Bought my first pair several years ago and just last week my second pair arrived,as pictured a beautiful color.

Wonderful shoes for painful feet
First, I'd like to say This Customer Service Team is outstanding!
I have arthritis on the top sides of both feet. After seeing the ads/commercials for these barefoot shoes I decided to try them. The first day I wore them, my feet felt better.
I wore those shoes everyday since 2025. No pain in my feet.
Then I bought a pair of lined winter boots, same size. Another great product. This was 2025 also.
This June 2026 I bought my 3rd pair. Identical to my 1st order. They sent me the wrong color. There was no hassle. I'm still surprised how fast and yes, easy they were to deal with.
These shoes are excellent quality. My first pair are still in very good condition but I bought another pair because as much as I've worn them I didn't want to be without.

For almost 10 years I’ve been walking…
For almost 10 years I’ve been walking on grass twice a day when I walk my dogs. When I don’t, my body feels very different. My sleep is off. I had developed a ganglion cyst on my left foot that had to be removed twice and I noticed it was every time I did not ground. I found this footwear and my life has changed exponentially because now I’m grounding everywhere and my sleep schedule is like clockwork. I just ordered two more pair as I am just now getting comfortable with wearing footwear with no socks so I should be good until the end of November I live in NYC. I hate to have on shoes six months out of the year. I can’t say enough about this company. They are phenomenal.

Get In Your Feet
These remarkable shoes have really helped me to “get in my feet.” To feel my connection with the ground (I’ve spent decades adapting to stylish footwear, being more concerned with what it looked like, rather than how it felt) and stay balanced as I move.
