The handle …
I especially liked the handle that helps you get up . It is helpful. The light is bright (takes 3 batteries)and the alarm is loud for security.
The material could be better but it works,
I wish it had a notch lower as I am short. But I am o.k. with this walking stick,

We purchased a cane for post surgical…
We purchased a cane for post surgical hip replacement. Sturdy and generally stands on its own. However, our old house , that is not level can cause it to tip if not situated properly. But, the nite light is invaluable for night trips as needed. The cane fell and the battery door latch broke. Customer service responded immediately after I notified them. I sent a pic of the broken door. They immediately have ordered a new cane to be sent to replace the one we have. No need to return the broken one. Efficient and responsive service. Would order again if needed.

More Cons than PROs
PRO: Height adjustable. Extra handle to assist with standing up.
CON: The foot/base is very small and does not really give confident support/stability. Because the base is small, it causes the cane to easily fall over when not being used.
When attempting to stand, the cane easily tips. Light on handle (on off switch) seems to be in a bad location; easily turns on while walking.
Although, I am keeping it, too much of hassle to return. I do not recommend. Item currently sitting in corner of our dining room unused.

Excellent product with many practical applications and features!
Excellent product with many practical features. I am very confident of not falling when using it. My balance has improved significantly since using it. I love the handle that helps me get up from a sitting position. The only product improvement I would suggest if the bottom legs could be adjusted in case the floor is not perfectly level to keep it from falling over. My walker fell over a couple of times and I broke the wires on my light. You have to make sure is very stable after using or it could topple over.

Nice features and value for the money.
Got this for my 84 year old mother who is going through some temporary health issues. I love the alarm feature. She pushes it in the night so I know she is getting up to go to the bathroom. She is on the first floor and I'm staying on the 2nd floor and have no problem hearing it.

The Good and Not-so-Good of my new Cane
I like the feel of the cane, and how it grips the ground. That said, even though I am only 5' 10" tall, the cane is still a bit short for me, even at the tallest setting. Also, I'm disappointed in that when I set it down, vertically, it often falls down anyway. I didn't think it was supposed to.

I ordered my 2 Ready Walkers a week ago…
I ordered my 2 Ready Walkers a week ago and still haven’t received them. I paid for expedited shipping but that was a waste of money. Called them today (a week later) and found out they had been back ordered but no one notified me of that issue. Had to call to find that out. I canceled my order and at least they refunded my money immediately. Better to go to a drug store and buy on the spot. Doesn’t seem like my mobility issue is a concern for them!
