Grounded footwear are the lightest…
Grounded footwear are the lightest weight and most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Shoes with little sole are great for your back and hips, and I can already feel the difference. Almost no pain in my hip and my low back pain is much reduced. And I find that I can walk much faster with these shoes, even with my cane. I LOVE these shoes!

No answer from Groundedfootwea…
I've had no answer from Groundedfootwear regarding getting an exchange for the wrong size 38 shoes that were delivered to me instead of the size 46 that I ordered. I last contacted them on 27/07/2026 and the silence so far has been deafening.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! They fit my feet like a second skin and feel like I'm barefoot all day. I love it! Shoes were shipped quickly and arrived only 3 days after I ordered them. Great service

VERY DISSATISFIED OVERALL
VERY DISSATISFIED- shoes were of very poor quality for the prices. What was even more frustrating, I was expected to package the shoes, return via USPS and pay for return. I was then requested to personally track the package and let them know when they received the package (even though they requested the tracking #). I finally did receive the credit but will NEVER purchase from Grounded again.

A review of these new shoes could never describe how much better my footsies feel. I rarely have feedback that matches my gratitude for much of anything but these grounded shoes are on my 10 plus list and I would be happy to recommend to anyone who loves to walk with ease and better balance or as I say stay on the middle path. My footwear did not work well with my medical problems and ability to walk.
My footwear did not work well with my Multiple Sclerosis leg and foot concerns, so I had to return the items. My refund was delayed for some reason and upon contacting customer service the agent immediately set up a refund the same day keeping me aware of his procedure to assist with my returned order. Customer service was prompt and professional action by Grounded Footwear agent Kevin.

Amazing Footwear
I've watched ads for these type of shoes for awhile. Then I decided to order a pair of Grounded Footwear for myself and my husband.
These shoes are amazing in that you feel like you are walking barefoot and yet you don't feel the rocks and other things. I am steadier on my feet. I thought I needed arch support but you don't with these. My feet don't get tired and im not getting cramps in my legs. My husband even wears his and he's comfortable.
I've had strangers stop and ask me about them. They aren't the prettiest but if im feeling good then I don't care.

Great shoes
I waited a couple months to write this review to allow my feet and body to get used to them. WOW!!!!! I really love the grounded shoes. I was a barefoot runner in my younger days and loved the Vibram running shoes. These are lighter and have a more grounded feeling on your feet. I highly recommend these to anyone that has problems with balance. I did order the boots as well, but they run a little small. It may be because of the lining in the boots, so it you order them I recommend you go one size up. Thanks!!!

Not a lot to them
These shoes are light weight, which I guess means insubstantial. You might as well stick your foot into a paper bag. I get the whole barefoot feel trend, but I think that a shoe ought to do basic shoe stuff, like keep my feet reasonably dry. Wearing these will give you soaking wet feet, even from simply walking through damp grass, and they STAY wet. Also, because they really have no structure, if you have difficulty bending or lifting your legs, you will have trouble putting them on. It is basically like pulling a sock over your foot. The only good thing is that I did feel more secure by being better able to feel my feet on the ground. That is a big selling point for this type of shoe, and there are better constructed brands that accomplish the same aim.

So my story is a little unusual
So my story is a little unusual. First-my order got lost in the mail. After going through the proper procedure, the shoes were still lost. I connected Groundworks and they were absolutely wonderful. My husband and I are leaving for LA this week and wanted them for the trip. Within 3 days my shoes were at my house. So happy about that. We wore our shoes and they were a perfect fit. They are so comfortable and have great foot support. A relative of ours was visiting from another state and told us how she loved her shoes and that night I ordered our shoes. We agree with her and already have told friends about them after they asked about the shoes. I can't thank Groundworks enough for getting our shoes to us in 3 days and they were so kind. Great company to work with.

Return Scam
The shoes are not good for my diabetic feet. They lack sufficient sole cushioning. I can't use them. I attempted to return them for a refund by calling the Customer Support number. The person told me I could only exchange them. I explained I could not wear these shoes because of the lack of cushioning. He then offered me a refund minus 30% of the original cost. After I rejected that offer, he offered me 15%. Negotiating a full refund for the return of a product strikes me as a scam. Why is Grounding Footwear using these tactics to create a return by negotiating the loss of a refund? Buyer beware! Customer support sucks!

Before I knew about Grounded Shoes
Before I knew about Grounded Shoes, the arthritis in my lower back would keep me from walking for exercise and also arthritis in a hip (my right hip had already been replaced). I purchased two pair of Grounded shoes and followed the directions regarding how to wear them and get used to them. Then I started walking outside the house. That was about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, I visited a large Aquarium and was able to walk and enjoy everything for 3 hours with no discomfort anywhere in my body at all. Of course I was wearing my Grounded shoes. Also went out to dinner and what a pleasure it was to spend the day with no aches or pains. This is my experience, but I recommend trying these shoes.

I would rate them zero stars if I…
I would rate them zero stars if I could. I ordered two pairs, one for my daughter and one for myself. When I received them, I was so unpleasantly surprised to get something looking like water shoes: flimsy, no ankle support, not what you expect for walking shoes, as they were described. I called to initiate a return, all I am told is to take them to USPS and email them a tracking number. I had to pay out of pocket for shipping, and the cost initial shipping is not refunded as well. So USPS just got $25 from me. So, if you are looking for water shoes, they could be good, but very expensive compared to other companies. I do not recommend otherwise.
