I’ve just learned about grounding and am in a state of accepting how well it works. I have always worn shoes or water socks never bare feet. I started walking in bare feet and was amazed. But there are days that weather and health keep me inside so after research I ordered this mat. It’s amazing how it helps. My hubby even uses it. We are in our 70’s. Wish I knew about it sooner. I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD and the mat helps in calming the entire body. We both use it everyday even if we’ve done a beach walk.

They wrote that IF I had concerns ,I could call them or email them. After trying to notofy them of changing shipoing adresses, calling the phone number and emailing through a different email to contact them, I was informed about the nonconnected phone number and nonfunctuining email address.
I was asked about my order number because I wanted a refund but the person who responded claimed he could not find my order. I sent him the order number through the working admin email address but a response was not given to proceed. Also it is deceiving when the large or average sample mat in photos is still being used to lure customers when the truth is the one shipped to full orders is much smaller. UPDATE THE PHOTOS SO WE CAN decide whether ro purchase. List the dimensions of it. Everyone's feet do not use the same space on the mat.

My husband has been sleeping better since the first night we used it. He will not use it on top of the sheets. We use it under our flannel and bamboo sheets and it still works. We are Very happy with this purchase.

Sleeping more deeply and waking up refreshed

Great product, but the shipping is extremely slow. Would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the sub par shipping.

Order not complete, missing the adapter. However, when I finally got someone to respond, they would not send one to me and said it will work without it. I’m very disappointed and unimpressed.

I use the grounding mat after workouts while watching youtube. My quads recover faster and I’m less sore the next morning.

Easy to order, quick turn around on delivery! We’ve been using the grounding pad on our King size bed for over 2 weeks. Sleep is more deep and longer. We could tell a difference after a couple of nights!

My dog immediately stole the grounding mat the second I unpacked it lol. When I actually get to use it, my lower back relaxes quicker and my legs don’t feel as heavy after work.

I use the mat under my feet while answering emails all day. Before this, my calves would ache so badly by evening.

The sheet feels soft enough that it doesn’t even feel techy. I hate bulky wellness gadgets so that was important for me. Been washing it normally and it still looks super clean. Sleep just feels deeper lately.

Im super sensitive to noise at night and usually wake up from every tiny sound. Since using the grounding mat beside my bed, i still wake up sometimes but i calm down way faster after.

The sheet feels way more luxurious than I expected. Soft, breathable, not stiff at all. Even after washing it twice it still looks pretty much brand new. Doesn’t scream wellness product which I appreciate.

Didn’t buy the grounding sheet expecting miracles or whatever. But I definitely fall asleep faster now and don’t wake up feeling completely wrecked.

I put the grounding mat under my feet during late night laptop sessions. That restless wired feeling settles down quicker and I don’t feel as mentally fried after.

The grounding pillowcase has been clutch after late shifts. My head doesn’t feel overheated anymore when I’m stressed and trying to sleep.

I bought the mat mostly for meditation but ended up using it while scrolling on my phone every night instead. Weirdly enough, my shoulders loosen faster now and my body feels less tense.

The pillowcase stays cool all night which is probably my favorite thing about it. I’m someone who flips the pillow nonstop usually.
