Feet warm up faster on the grounding mat. My circulation feels better I guess.

The grounding pillowcase stays cool all night. I don’t flip my pillow 20 times anymore which is wild.

Ordered 2 sheets on 2/13/2026. I have sent multiple emails about the status us my items and only received one response on 2/26 saying they should arrive in 8-10 days. Today is 3/6 and the tracking number provided to me still does not work. Very frustrated and thinking this might be a scam. Very frustrated.

Honestly bought the grounding mat thinking it would collect dust. Now I use it every evening while stretching. My legs feel less heavy and that wired feeling fades quicker. It’s subtle but consistent which I respect. Didn’t expect to like it this much.

I’ve tried magnesium, white noise, herbal teas all of it. The grounding bedsheet is the only thing that noticeably changed how deep I sleep. I’m not waking up at 2 or 3 AM as much anymore. Even my smartwatch shows longer deep sleep cycles which shocked me. I didn’t expect numbers to back it up.

We bought a pair of sheets asking for a King size, we received Queen.
We’ve been dealing with this company since December to get them returned and either exchange or a refund.
It is now the end of March and things have still not been resolved.
We are now requesting a refund and they are now totally ignoring us and not following up with their return policy on their website.
This is unacceptable customer service and would not recommend this company.

Terrible! I received ONE mat, I ordered THREE!!! My emails have been ignored, I have had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. Absolutely AVOID this company. I have noticed another company with almost the same name that has decent reviews.

I ordered on 2/2/26. Order # 229285.I wanted a Queen flat and one pillowcase. After my order was in the cart, I looked at other options. When I placed my order, it charged me for the last items I looked at (that were NOT in the cart). I realized the error immediately, and submitted 2 emails thru their site. No response. I received an email confirmation, sent message that it was incorrect items that were ordered. The response was that my order would be put on hold and handled by a "special team". Next email I got was that the order had been shipped--without correction! 4 more emails trying to FIX this failed. I received the order on 2/9/26, returned it at the USPS early 2/10/26. I followed their instructions for the return from both Kerry's email, and their website. AFTER it was mailed, Kerry sent another email telling me to send it to an alternative address and to include the tracking number to them. AND, although I would have returned it, I did not receive the "free" mat that was promised for the order. This company might be ok if there are no "coloring outside the lines" issues, but my experience makes me think they're either run by AI bots or totally incompetent people.

Sheets worked great for around 6 months and then promptly quit working. Would not recommend. Grounding mats seem to last longer.

I ordered the sheets 23 days ago and my credit card has paid for them. I have reached out to them twice and they have said they would update me. I used the order number a tracking number that showed they were shipping five days after my order was placed. I asked for at least an update but have had no communication from them.

My son kept stealing my mat to sit on while gaming because he said it felt calming, so I ended up buying another one. I noticed I don’t grind my teeth at night as much when I use the grounding sheet consistently. It’s like my whole body softens a little when I sleep.

I tried the flat sheet version because I prefer layering my bedding. It’s incredibly breathable and doesn’t trap heat at all. Even during colder nights it somehow stayed comfortable without feeling stuffy.

Most products promise better sleep and barely do anything, but the pillowcase surprised me. My head feels cooler on it, and I don’t toss my pillow around as much. Even my skin feels less puffy in the morning. I didn’t expect a pillowcase to make a difference but here we are.

I bought the grounding mat mostly out of curiosity, thinking it would end up collecting dust under my desk. Funny enough, now I keep my feet on it every morning before work because it settles that tight, wired feeling I usually wake up with. The swelling I get in my ankles after long days eased up too, which I didn’t expect at all.

I paired the pillowcase with the fitted sheet to see if it made a difference. The combo feels insanely soothing, almost like my whole upper body unwinds. Waking up without that tightness in my neck feels like such a treat.

My dog immediately tried to claim the grounding mat as his spot, so I take that as a good sign. When I do get to use it, my lower back relaxes faster and I don’t feel as electrically wired as before. It’s become a part of my nightly routine without even trying.

One thing I didn’t expect is how much quicker I fall asleep. Usually I toss around thinking about work, but with the grounding sheet I just drift off without the mental wrestling. It feels like someone hit the off switch on my brain the right way.

Sent an email over a week ago, asking for them to initiate a return because I I received the wrong size. I have not heard back from anyone at the company. Order #191779

I installed the mat under my keyboard thinking I wouldn’t feel anything. But my hands feel less tense after hours of typing, and that weird buzzing sensation in my fingers slowed down. Didn’t expect grounding to help there but I’m not complaining.

The company got back to me only after I placed a review on google and trust pilot. They then promised me they were going to send me my california king Sheet immediately and to make it up to me, they were going to send me a pair of grounding.Socks and a grounding tester for free. They were going to send it along with the sheet. So I changed my review because the supervisor Liam customer service rep got back to me and made me promises.Unfortunately they weren't kept. I got the sheet within a week which is fine.However, what they promised me the two items I did not get.They only did that just so that I would change my review.
So I can't give them a five star.ReviewBecause they don't stay true to their word. To be honest, I haven't noticed any difference with the sheet.Whatsoever, and I have to say, I am very disappointed in this company.

My friend told me about grounding.co. i have been looking at getting a grounding sheet for a while now. I ordered one and it was missing the california king Sheet. The customer service manager got back to me after I sent an email that the sheet did not come in the package. Very sweet, very caring, very concerned.I am impressed. They do care about their customers and I can see why they have such good reviews. They are making it up to me and shipping me out.My california king sheet, as well as a couple other things to indemnify me. I changed my rating to a five because of the fantastic customer service!
