I’ve been using the grounding mat under my vanity table while getting ready. My legs don’t feel as heavy after long shifts anymore and I dont wake up as cranky.

The fitted sheet somehow keeps me cooler at night which I really wasn’t expecting. I usually wake up overheating but thats calmed down alot lately.

I had a terrible experience with Grounding Wellness (grounding.co) The mat did not fit my California King bed. I tried to return it and the company gave me no help and stopped returning my emails. I tried calling and no calls would even go through to their operator. Very disappointed!

I’m usually hot at night and thought the grounding sheet would make that worse somehow. But it actually sleeps cooler than my regular bedding.

The fitted grounding sheet surprised me quality wise. Soft fabric, breathable, doesnt wrinkle too badly either. Feels premium without trying too hard.

I brought the grounding pillowcase on a girls trip because hotel beds usually ruin my sleep. Somehow I slept through the entire night without waking up every two hours.

My lower back has been stiff for months from lifting at work. The grounding sheet didn’t magically cure it but mornings feel smoother now.

I purchased the grounding pad and I have enjoyed the most restful sleep in years. Then upon waking rested and refueled I realize that I woke up to NO pain. No pain in my neck, shoulder, hips, hands and everywhere else that I have tolerated pain for a while. I love how I feel after sleeping on this grounding pad AND it's only been two weeks.

The grounding sheet doesn’t even look different from normal bedding which I like. No weird bulky gadgets or blinking lights. Just soft fabric and somehow better sleep. Pretty solid purchase.

I bought the grounding sheet during one of those treat yourself moods lol. Ended up actually helping my sleep more than the expensive supplements I keep wasting money on.

Thought grounding was one of those internet trends. Then I noticed I stopped waking up randomly at 2AM every night.

Was skeptical about the whole grounding thing ngl. But after a week my ankles weren’t as stiff in the mornings anymore.

I've only had the mat a short period of time so I am not ready to claim the results. However, I am expecting positive results based on my understanding and belief.

I’ve had migraines on and off for years. Grounding didn’t completely stop them but recovery feels quicker now.

Was kinda skeptical ngl but the fitted grounding sheet actually surprised me. I fall asleep way faster now instead of overthinking for an hour.

This is a scam! Several things happened! They processed our initial order incorrectly and charged us for pillow cases that we did not want. I did not discover it initially because I had to keep asking them for a receipt for a couple of weeks. After receiving it, I saw the pillow cases and asked them not to ship them and give us our money back for them. They said it was already shipped and it was too late. If they would have sent the receipt right away, they could have reversed it. In addition, they said they would give us our money back and never did! I have asked them every week for 3 months and Kerry keeps saying that the money is going to be refunded and it never has been. Finally, I do not see any difference with the pain in my body! The sheets do not work! Careful everyone, this is an absolute scam!

My wife and I both have lower back and hip issues. I have experienced a significant decrease in lower back pain and better sleep. My wife has experienced the better sleep but not an overall relief in her hip pain. Even with this my wife has purchased additional sets to give to a family member and recommended the sheets to friends.

I get random ankle stiffness in the mornings and it’s annoying as hell. About five nights on the grounding sheet and it eased up noticeably. Getting out of bed feels smoother. It’s a small win but I’ll take it. Didn’t expect results that quick tbh.

Lower back tightness has been hanging around for months. The grounding sheet didn’t erase it but getting up feels smoother and less stiff. It’s one of those gradual improvements that add up. Sleep feels deeper too. I’ll stick with it.

Grounding sheet made those first morning steps less creaky. That alone sold me.
