I have been contacted by many lead generating companies that are pushy and they just take my money. Not even one legitimate lead
This company has not been able to provide one lead that was legitimate the entire time I’ve been With them
Most of the contact information is erroneous if I am able to get a hold of the contact, they have absolutely no desire to buy or sell and many times it’s not even in the same city or state that I work in
Do not pay a dime for the service the time you waste just reading those lead notifications is not worth it

I have received leads but at this time not one has converted into to a client relationship. Be aware of this FRAUD
If there were a choice for zero stars I would’ve give them a Zero star rating. I signed up to growin estate lead generation services about ten months ago, and so far I got no leads from them. They have send me a few false leads with wrong phone numbers and emails that no one ever responds to. Every time I complain they say we’re working on a new system and will be sending you verified leads soon. Lies after lies to get by but nothing was delivered. When I asked them about the bad reviews they have when I signed up they said that’s because those agents are in areas where market is slow but your market is booming this will never be the case for you! Ya right! I can’t believe how they got paid $500 claiming it’s for marketing they do for us when the results has been so poor. This is a fraud! A business based on lies to collect as much money as possible giving people false promises in return.

It was the biggest hope and scam I got in my career.
They fed me with hopes, asked me to upgrade to a higher subscription.. I still didn’t recieve any leads even after paying 900$
And when I asked for a refund this is the response I recieved:” Greetings ***,
I trust this message finds you in good health. Regrettably, due to a negative review you posted, your services have been discontinued. Please understand that we are not obligated to offer any further services or issue refunds at this time.

Do not TRUST this Company
Do not TRUST this Company. They are not honest. I posted a review 6 months ago and they contacted Trustpilot and asked them to remove it...shame on Trustpilot for doing it. I was promised 40-50 leads in 12 months.....this is month 11 and I've received 15-16 "names and #'s" of contacts (only 3 leads in the last 3 months), which I attempted to reach out to immediately after receiving. The ones I actually were able to speak with (3 or 4) said they were "never looking" and even "we bought last month". Two of the leads I received were repeat leads (leads I got months before) and never interested. Do not waste your $...you will be very disappointed.

Did not deliver as promised.
I paid up front for an agreed number of leads but only received a few and the information was incorrect on a couple of these. I would recommend against working with this company. I called in several times and they said lead generation in my area has been slow but they would be sending me more which never happened. The plan that I signed up cost $599 (plus 20% referral fees after closing) and their website indicated that I would receive 40-44 leads annually. I went back and checked to see how many leads I have received and it looks like I only received 4-5 leads total after more than 9 months. Out of those leads, one of those was not in my area and one of those had a bad phone number. So I really only received 2-3 leads.
