They promised money back if they didn’t provide leads

Not one lead was remotely real. Waste of money. They also never gave my money back!

They promised good leads, they produced terrible leads. They promised a refund if unsatisfied, and they denied it. They promised to be in touch, and never were. Awful company, and potentially a scam. DO NOT USE

As a top real estate agent in Manhattan Beach and the South Bay, ranked in the top 1.5% of 1.6 million real estate professionals nationwide, I take my business, reputation, and lead sources very seriously. Unfortunately, my experience with Growin Estate was nothing short of a massive disappointment.

When I first met with them, Growin Estate promised high-quality real estate leads, several per month, with a guarantee of consistent, qualified leads throughout the 12-month contract. That never happened.

Within the first few months, the leads I received were completely unusable. Wrong contact info, unqualified individuals, or people who weren't even considering buying or selling real estate. As someone who follows up diligently and works in one of the most competitive luxury markets in Los Angeles, I gave them every chance to correct course. I scheduled multiple follow-up meetings over the course of the year, and each time, I was met with empty promises. “We’ll take care of it” and “More qualified leads are coming.” Not one quality lead ever came through.

I requested a refund after the first 3 months when it was clear their system wasn’t working and was assured that they would make it right. They didn’t. They strung me along for the full year, and when I finally demanded real accountability, they claimed the contract had expired and there was “nothing they could do.”

Let me be clear. Growin Estate does not cater to luxury markets. They do not understand what it means to deliver quality, vetted leads for agents working in high-value markets like Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, or Palos Verdes Estates. If you are a serious real estate professional looking to grow your business with qualified opportunities, run in the opposite direction.

They overpromise, underdeliver, and when the time comes to take responsibility, they disappear. I’m done with them and I highly discourage any agent, especially those in the South Bay or Los Angeles luxury real estate market, from ever doing business with Growin Estate.

I signed up for Growin Estate’s Dominate Membership Plan in June 2025, lured by promises of verified leads and onboarding support. After payment and signing the contract, I received absolutely nothing—no onboarding, no leads, and no communication.

I reached out multiple times, including a detailed email on July 14, 2025, and got no response. This company has failed to deliver on every promise and has ignored all attempts to resolve the issue.

I’ve submitted a formal refund demand and will be pursuing a chargeback. Avoid Growin Estate at all costs—this experience has been a complete waste of time and money.

Beaware this is a scam. This is my second review they had TrustPilot delete my last one. This company took $2000 lead me on for 6 months and never gave me a refund. Sent me 2 leads that were not even in the same state as me in the 6 months, and when I finally wrote a review because I couldn't get customer service to get back to me. They reached out to me at that point and told me my contract states I cannot put a negative review, so they will not give me a refund. Now imagine how many people did not put a negative review because they are pretty much threatening people with not giving a refund if they do put a review.

OLD leads and the ones they did try to send were either already had purchased or never wanted information. Its a BIG scam. I always had to email them and ask for leads. Then they would send crap. RUN FAST from these people. We should never sign up with these lead companies. The market is slow and they are preying on the realtors now. Realtors then fall for their scamming ways.

This company is a SCAM!! This company made tons of promises and zero deliveries!! I would give this company a zero stars if I could. I called them within my refund. Saying I wanted a refund because they were not providing any leads. They begged and pleaded for me to give them more time and they would give me better service. They never followed through with any of their promises. Then about six months later, they called me and wanted me to write them a good review and in return, I would get better service. I gave them 30 days to show that they could perform better service. And they still did not. So be very weary of all the five star reviews. They were promising people that if they just gave them a good review that they would give them good service. A horrible company.

They called and said they had verified leads in my area and needed an agent to work with. I agreed. I received one person that requested information on my company (not a lead). I contacted support and they called and said that there were no leads in my area to expand my territory. I provided them zip codes spanning several different counties. To date I have yet to receive a lead. I have requested a full refund as was promised in my initial conversation and they refuse. This company is a scam and I would not recommend doing business with them at all.

I could not find the ZERO star button! This company is a total scam! Happily took my money and when they did not get me a single qualified lead I asked for a refund within the refund period. At first they said ok, then they said no, stick with us and we will get you good leads. A few came through (but they were not real leads) and then nothing for months. I had to contact them repeatedly to complain and even though they originally promised a refund if they could not get me leads, I never got it and was even told 'sorry you are out of the refund period'. Now when I ask about leads they say that my agreement is expired! Like seriously? So no real leads, no refund and now told sorry, your contract is done. They should not be allowed to operate. TOTAL SCAM!!

I decided to give this company a second chance after they assured me they were making improvements with a new program and team. They even asked me to provide a testimonial based on these promises and guaranteed that I would receive leads. Unfortunately, I never received a single lead. Very disappointing experience.

No leads at all, when I complained and requested a refund within the first three months (as promised - full refund if not satisfied) they requested another month to improve. Received three leads - all either non-responsive or completely rude and said they didn't request an agent. When I requested my refund they told me the period had ended. After that absolutely no contact at all. The biggest waste of money I have ever spent.

Great Company!

Growin Estate sends leads and contact information right away for well qualified and vetted customers. We were able to connect with and help clients with their varying loan scenarios which was a win win for both us and the clients.

I signed up with Growin Real Estate based on a promise to receive 60 quality leads over the course of my membership. I paid $1,500 in good faith, expecting professional support and a steady stream of prospects.

It’s now been over six months, and I’ve received only 8 leads — most of which were unresponsive, outdated, or irrelevant to my market. I reached out multiple times for support and clarification but got little to no follow-up. There’s been no accountability, no meaningful resolution, and no offer of a refund despite their failure to deliver even a fraction of what was promised.

I strongly caution other real estate professionals to think twice before working with this company. What was marketed as a results-driven lead generation service turned out to be a major waste of time and money. I’m sharing this so others don’t have to learn the hard way as I did.

Very bad leads, all the leads they provided were very poor, none of the leads they provided had intentions to buy or very unrealistic expectations. Contract says refund if couldn’t get the leads as mentioned now they said I am not eligible. I do not recommend anyone to waste time and money in this company.
Your company purposely delayed the refund deadline by convincing me to stay with the company when my decision was final to get the refund as soon as I saw the initial leads. That was the plan to delay by wasting time on call meetings every time I ask for the refund.

I am with Growin Estate for the last 9 months. Their service is great. They attend the call within short period of time. I am very happy with the service. I recommend to connect with Growin Estate to get business going.

They have been accessible any time I have reached out. If I need anything they have responded quickly to my inquiry and resolved my issue in a timely manner.

I have been with Growin Estate for 1 year, it has been a great journey. I really appreciate their honesty in providing leads every month, for example they will send 4 to 5 leads a month, as an agent you have to follow up with the clients constantly. I really appreciate their services and the specialist who are assigned with my account are extremely helpful and kind. I love this company and i have referred many other agents to them. Thank you
