UNTRUTHFULARTISTatGROWINESTATE
I just got off the phone call with GROWIN ESTATE. The only people I spoke to at that company are very economical with the truth!! How do I know, I read the reviews while speaking to them on the phone. The guys says, you can try for 60 days and if you don't like it get a full refund. Then I read three reviews from people who cannot get the "promised" refund no matter what they try!! I DO NOT TRUST the 5 STAR REVIEWS, they read like their own people writing to me and that is why they are the only reviews REPLIED to!!
NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION to UNTRUTHFUL STORY TELLERS LIKE THIS!! Read the reviews, you will not get a refund!
Edited 5/1/25 after they whined about the sting of my comments so I had to make it nicer or it would be removed!!
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They sent me 2 leads and said the appointments were set. When I tried contacting the leads they did not answer the phone. If they refund me the money I spent with them, I will come back on and let you know. As of now I have received nothing from them.

Growin Estate is not a bona fide company. They have taken 2 months to refund nearly $600 to me that they promised in writing at the beginning of February. This is what they say: Please note that the process is taking some time, but we assure you that everything is documented in writing. I unfortunately have to write off my money they have not refunded!

Growing Estate has been instrumental in helping me expand my reach as a realtor. The variety of leads they provide allows me to tap into different markets effectively. Their customer service is exceptional, they are always available for questions or advice, making the whole process seamless & I can't recommend Growing Estate enough! Their SEO services have helped improve my online visibility, leading to more inquiries. The quality of leads has been excellent, and I love that they offer a variety of plans to fit different needs.

Leads are not leads....
I have been in real estate for 20 years. I get at least 5 texts/emails or calls a week from companies like Growin Estate "promising" vetted leads. I finally took the bait on this one to see if it was legit. I thought it was worth the $350 sign up fee....just to see if it is a valid system. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on these guys or any other lead companies you have never heard of...they all seem to have the same MO...data mining and sending fake leads.
-I have had 7 leads in 6 months. I only talked to one lead on the phone and this lead actually called me back because he was wondering what I was talking about. He had ZERO idea how I got his information and why I was calling.
-I got a lead from a town that didn't exist.
-I got a lead looking for commercial space, though I clearly signed up for residential.
-I got leads with a seller address that did not match the tax records.
You get the picture....farm neighborhoods, follow up with your sphere....don't waste money on these businesses.
I wish I had read these reviews earlier…
I wish I had read these reviews earlier . Like Gabe , 6 months in after many calls with Alex and Sam telling them even prior to the 60 day cancellation cutoff , that I was not happy, I have not received one qualified lead and have been told I did not uphold my end of the contract. Please read the reviews and do not engage with this company .
Complete scam
As per most of the reviews already, Growin Estate did not honour their end of the contract and refused to refund me after months of terrible-quality leads that have not rendered a single closing yet. Unfortunately, I would probably be spending more money to hire a lawyer than I would actually recieve back. Total scam. Don't ever buy leads from these types of sites.
No real leads
No real leads. Their time is spent recruiting and retaining agents as opposed to generating leads.
spend your money on other advertising.
Growin does not honor their end of the…
Growin does not honor their end of the contract. Any attempt to obtain a refund is denied, even when the request is generated within the 60 day contract period.
Total scam and advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company.
Growin Estate is a fraud company that…
Growin Estate is a fraud company that does not provide quality leads. They steal your money but never provide leads. If they do offer leads, they are garbage leads. They send the same leads to all realtors. This is a big scam. They charged me $3500 and promised to provide a minimum of 100 leads, but they only sent 15 garbage leads. Don't waste your hard-earned money.

Avoid Growin Estate – A Total Waste of Money
I regret signing up with Growin Estate. They promised high-quality, vetted leads, but the reality was far from it. I paid $599 USD for their “Standard” package, expecting 4-5 qualified leads per month in my target area, plus “live call transfers.” Instead, I received 10 leads over five months, none of which were serious buyers or sellers. Many leads didn’t match my area, and most were unresponsive.
When I asked for a refund, as promised in their “money-back guarantee,” I was given endless excuses. They kept stalling, offering more useless leads instead of honoring my refund. Eventually, they claimed my refund request was void because I had spoken to one of the leads, even though that lead wasn’t viable.
Their customer service is all smoke and mirrors, with fake-sounding departments like “Compliance” designed to delay and deny refunds. On top of that, their Trustpilot reviews seem heavily manipulated. Read the 1-star reviews—they’re far closer to the truth than the glowing 5-star ones. Look for my Medium.com article for the full story with screenshots.
If you’re a realtor looking for legitimate leads, stay far away from Growin Estate. They overpromise, underdeliver, and make getting your money back nearly impossible. Save yourself the frustration and find a company with a pay-per-referral model instead.
Refund honoured
I signed up a few months ago with Growin after receiving a text pitching their lead generation system then speaking with a rep from outside of North America. The few leads they sent me were unqualified. They had mentioned they were new to my market in Canada, so perhaps it's understandable that not many leads were provided. When I called to get my refund within the designated period, they gave me an extension and a new client that had unrealistic price expectations. A month later I called to cancel and get my refund. It took some back and forth, but the reps were very polite on the phone and they fully refunded me when they said they would. Despite what other reviews say, their agreement to refund my money was honoured, and I appreciate that.
Some ok leads, but not for me.
I received leads for 6 months from Growin Estate & some leads were decent, but I overall decided to get my money back after 60 days which they granted me. I appreciate that. The people were kind to work with.

Don't Trust Growin Estate
I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Growin Estate, a company that advertised itself as a lead referral service for real estate professionals. I hope this review helps others avoid the frustrations and financial loss I endured.
It all began with an unsolicited text message offering qualified lead referrals for as little as a 20% referral fee, payable only upon closing. Intrigued, I agreed to learn more and scheduled a call. This first interaction was with a representative named Tom, whose strong overseas accent initially gave me pause. However, I decided to remain open-minded and hear him out.
The call began oddly, with Tom directing me to watch two testimonial videos before proceeding. He then presented various packages, including one that required a $500 startup fee. Having prior experience with lead services that failed to deliver, I was cautious and asked numerous questions to determine the value of their offering.
Tom assured me that:
The phone numbers used for outreach were verified and would not appear as "spam" or "scam likely" on caller IDs.
The leads would be fully qualified and ready to have meaningful conversations with an agent.
My website and profile would be SEO-optimized to rank in top search results for selected zip codes.
My listings would be strategically marketed, supported by custom digital ads designed to attract high-quality leads.
Tom emphasized a 60-day, risk-free, full money-back guarantee, which ultimately convinced me to proceed. Unfortunately, this was the start of a disappointing journey.
Broken Promises and Misleading Practices
Immediately after payment, I noticed inconsistencies. When I asked Tom if he worked out of the company’s home office in New York, he said yes. Yet, my next call was with a "success manager" who also claimed to work out of New York, despite having a similarly heavy accent and providing no evidence of being locally based.
For three weeks, there was no communication—no emails, updates, or leads. I reached out, asking for proof of progress on the promises made: SEO optimization, listing advertisements, and lead generation. I received excuses about the "slow time of year" and was told that SEO services were not included in my package, despite being promised otherwise. The sample ads they provided were generic and lacked any semblance of customization or professionalism.
A Fake “Qualified Lead”
When I finally received my first "qualified lead," it was far from what was promised. I was cold-called by another representative, who hastily transferred me to a supposed seller. When I introduced myself, the individual on the other end was confused and said he was looking to rent out his property, not sell it. He revealed that he’d answered a spam call as a joke. This was neither a qualified lead nor a legitimate conversation-ready prospect.
The Battle for My Refund
When I attempted to exercise the 60-day money-back guarantee, I was met with resistance. During a lengthy retention call, they denied my request, claiming I hadn’t given them enough time and that producing one lead—even an unqualified one—fulfilled their obligation. They admitted to inaccuracies in their original promises but refused to take accountability.
Despite being told twice that my refund was “processed and would take 3-5 days,” nearly three weeks have passed with no resolution.
Conclusion
Growin Estate’s practices were misleading at best and deceptive at worst. Their promises of professionalism, qualified leads, and effective marketing were hollow, and their customer service was unhelpful and combative.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Trust your instincts, and do thorough research before engaging with any lead referral service. I have learned a costly lesson, but I am sharing my story in the hope of preventing others from making the same mistake.
🚩 Beware of Deceptive Practices!
Despite my phone number being on the National Do Not Call Registry, I received multiple unsolicited and deceptive text messages from Growin Estate LLC promoting their real estate lead generation services.
These messages were not only unwelcome but also misleading—promising “verified leads actively looking to buy or sell,” which turned out to be false. Further research revealed that Growin operates without proper licensing for the services they advertise, which is both unethical and illegal.
It's also suspicious how many glowing 5-star reviews this company has on here, especially when their actual practices are so questionable. Consumers deserve transparency and ethical behavior, and Growin Estate LLC fails miserably on both counts.
If you’ve had similar experiences, I recommend reporting them to the real estate licensing authority and attorney general's office in your state. Don't fall for their false promises.
I joined Growin Estate in May 2024
I joined Growin Estate in May 2024. I have received about one lead per month and have yet to have a conversation in any form with any of the "leads" provided. All of my messages have said that I am to contact the lead at 5:00PM the next day. I have never had a phone call answered at that time and multiple tries thereafter, not any response to a text.
I have experienced no viable leads
I have experienced no viable leads. I have been harassed by Tim, Vanessa and Mike to date. Each one try to trick you into believing that these stinky leads are somehow your fault for not producing a sale. The first lead was an email that came back as a failure and disconnected telephone line, the second lead was a call supposedly from a lead that I was at my mother’s funeral and I’m supposed to be available which I NEVER signed up for this service, and the third lead was the father of the son who purchased 6 months earlier. I will report you to the attorney general in CA and the BBB and contact my lawyers to see what laws you have broken in your scam of a business. It is unlawful to offer a 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and hide in the fine print all the items that will cause you to not get a refund. This is a classic bait and switch tactic and I’m sorry they ever talked me into being involved with these swamp creatures. If you had told me EVERYTHING at the sales call I wouldn’t have given you my money. Again, run don’t walk away from Growin Estate. I want my refund NOW! Quit calling me to review your sorry excuses of leads. You haven’t fulfilled your end of the contract and therefore it is null and void. Now they are threatening me that if I leave a negative review that it voids my 60 day money back guarantee. I will make it my mission to report negative reviews every day until you release my money.
As a new agent
As a new agent, Growin Estate has given me a steady stream of solid leads. The support is amazing, and their tools have really helped me streamline my business. It's been a great experience!
Since I joined Growin Estate
Since I joined Growin Estate, my approach to real estate has completely changed. The verified leads and mortgage connections have really helped my business grow, and their tools are fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the results.
