I did not get the expected number of leads as promised nor any live transfers but the support team is always reachable and they needed more time to provide quality leads. Hoping for some good leads in the coming weeks.

New Strategy
I recently spoke with Elena Anderson, my new account manager, and I was very pleased with our conversation. She recommended a new strategy for engaging with leads, as the previous approach clearly wasn't producing results.
Elena seems confident in this new method, noting that it has been successful for other agents in different States. Given that, I'm hopeful it will work here in Northern California as well.
