I signed up for this company's lead generation service last December with the promise of receiving three quality leads per month. From the beginning, the experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Poor Lead Quality: None of the leads I received resulted in a transaction. Many were already working with other realtors or were not even looking for a home.
Misleading Promises: I realized within 30 days that this service was not delivering as advertised. When I tried to cancel, I was told over the phone that it wouldn't be a hassle. However, the company later refused to let me out of the contract.
Lack of Accountability: The service consistently failed to deliver on its guarantees, and there was no meaningful effort to address my concerns.
This has been a costly mistake, both in terms of time and money. I strongly advise other real estate professionals to avoid this company if you value transparency, quality, and integrity in your business partnerships.

Do not give them money. They provided zero valid leads, and they refused to refund my money, despite me requesting a refund within their refund period. Then they kept my picture on their website in the section that displays happy customers. I confirmed that they have lost their BBB accreditation.

I used GrowIn Estates for the last year. They provided a few leads per month, but most of them did not turn, as to be expected, as some of the leads were not hot or valid. The company was easy to work with, and the investment was very reasonable. You can get a return on investment with just one lead turning into a sale, so for that, I would consider using them again.

I am a Realtor and was told I would be provided leads w/in one of 4 zipcodes I chose. And that they would do inital lead introduction in a 3 way call. I signed up, because of that, assuming that would guarantee they were valid leads. I received 4 leads in 2 mo, none in my zipcodes I chose, none by 3 way call. 1st lead was a " bandit sign type wholesaler looking to buy for 50 cents on the dollar. Less, in fact. Wanted to offer 62500. On a livsble 175k house that was lister cheaper per sf than any sold homes in that area over the entire last 12 mo. The other 3 leads would not respond to texts or calls. Have not received any leads since I called and complained and asked for refund. Total scam. They do not do what they promised. Not 1 three way introductory call, no leads within servicing zipcodes, and leads don't respond.

Total and complete scam. I paid $350 Four months ago With a promise of being sent real estate leads and every single “lead” I was sent was bogus. I would contact the lead and they would tell me they never requested this and are not looking for real estate, one of them sounded like a teenager, a couple of them had disconnected phone numbers, the only halfway legitimate lead I was given was looking for a home five hours away from me. Finally upon A bogus lead after bogus lead, I asked for a refund. I was called and was assured that I would be given hot leads within the next couple of weeks, where live lead was on the other line and they would transfer them directly to me. Well that has been two months ago now and that has never happened. I have called and emailed asking for a refund and I keep being assured that the compliance team will contact me, yet no one has. Do not waste your money on this legitimate company. Now I’m having to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a refund that way.

Though in the early stage, Growin Estate has began to deliver on our agreement to send Leads to my pipeline. A positive start to our growing relationship.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My experience with Growin' Estate has been nothing short of a disaster and a classic example of bait and switch tactics in the real estate lead generation industry. I was promised six qualified, double-verified leads per month on LIVE transfers as part of the service agreement I signed up for. Not only has this promise been grossly unmet, but the quality and relevance of the few leads provided were laughably inadequate.

In over six months, I received a meager total of 12 leads, a far cry from the 36 promised according to our contract terms. Among these, only one lead resulted in a successful transaction. The others? A comedic parade of unresponsiveness and irrelevance. For instance, one lead provided was supposed to be looking for properties in Hamilton, Ohio. Instead, the lead was interested in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada—a mere 500 miles away from my operating area! How's that for "double verification"?

Dealing with Growin' Estate has been a major drain on my time and resources, with countless hours wasted on trying to contact leads that either didn't exist, weren't interested, or were so far outside my service area that it was absurd. Their customer support is a black hole where all sense of responsibility and professionalism goes to die. Every attempt to address these issues was met with excuses and delays, with no substantive action taken to rectify their failures.

This isn't just poor service; it's a complete scam. They promise the moon, under-deliver, and expect you to pay for their incompetence. I strongly advise anyone considering Growin' Estate for lead generation to think twice and save themselves the headache and heartache. Don't fall prey to their slick marketing and empty promises. There are far more reputable and reliable services out there that actually deliver what they promise.

Growin' Estate is a textbook case of what to avoid in a lead generation service. Consider yourselves warned!

Growin Estate has been a great partner in providing leads! As the agent, you will need to do your part and contact the lead as soon as possible - then give feedback to the Growing Estate representative. If the lead is not a legit lead they will send you another one.

i have been receiving non qualified bogus leads from this company since April 2024. Ive requested my money be returned several times now and they keep putting me off , first stating they will start to send to me better leads and 2nd stating we are conveniently past the 60 return policy. Well that is paragraph 4A- 4 b, c and d state they are return my money if I do not receive qualified leads. I have not and expect my money returned now. Not later. I suppose Im heading to a court room for it. DO NOT SIGN UP YOU WILL BE FIGHTING IN A USA COURT!!!! ALSO IF READ THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEMS THIS COMPANY ONLY PROVIDES QUALITY LEADS TO ITS USA REALTORS. SO IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND LIVE IN CANADA, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Won’t stop contacting me after telling them several times.

Growin Estate has been a great experience for me and worth the money! They have been exceptional at following up on the quality of leads and even allowed me to change one of my zip codes based on my experiences.

Leads are not good. As a realtor, do not join growinestate for leads, save your money for other marketing.

Growin estate has sent me five leads. It looks like one will be a sale. Good percentage

Months and months and still not one qualified Lead.

It has been likely 4-5 months, maybe longer since I purchased their package. I have only received maybe that many leads, and yet not one has been qualified or expected my call. THe last one already was working with a realtor. I have asked for a refund as this is obviously a USA based company that has zero success in Alberta where I am based out of. They keep saying they are going to improve but that they refuse to refund my money. I did my part, I call and follow up on all the leads, 4-5 in as many months....... brutal customer service, if I treated my clients this way, I wouldn't be in business. My advice is to stay away, especially if you are in Canada

Here's my experience. I went for a customized package of 1899 USD. They were to provide me for 90 live and verified leads for the year. Thats an average of 7.5 Leads per month.

The sales girl that helped me was great to deal with. They have a great sales team. Onboarding went smooth. They have the sale part good. Once you sign up, the sales person who promised you the world does not deal with you or answer their number.

A hot live transfer that was promised means someone is actively looking to buy and wants to talk to you. Grow in estate provided no live transfer. They emailed 3 leads the first month with instructions to contact the lead at a certain time. I would reach out at the specified times. These leads would talk to you because of your unknown number. Once you make contact, these leads will say they are working, then screen you and disappear. Or say they just wanted to see a list of homes or they did not want to buy.

I documented all the times the lead was contacted. On my 28th day, I initiated the refund process through email nicely. I stated that the quality of the leads was not good or as promised. Also the amount of leads of 3 per month will not get me anywhere near 90 qualified leads, and I was expecting something different from this company.

They have a support team that will get back to you, promising to check your account and get it ramped up for you. But I quickly found out their intention was to string you along to get over the refund time and here's why:

Each time they would escalate your case to a different department (that might not have even existed).
That new person from either support team, compliance team, accounting team, or a manager had the same song and dance. They wanted more time and will try to get a new lead for you.
NO ONE WAS SERIOUS about issuing a refund.

When I was adamant on getting a refund and did not want any new leads:
They stopped getting back to you on time.
Their email response went from 1 or 2 business days to 3 to 7 business days.
At one point in time. I spoke with an acting manager that said they already spent my initial deposit - which is suspicious for spending 1899 usd for 3 leads within 30 days.
They started to screen my call.
This whole debacle ending being another 30 days of cat and mouse. Now my refund grace period is almost over.
I had to change my number to call to get through to someone eventually.
I told them the call was being recorded for my lawyer. And whoever answered the phone that day hesitantly complied by issuing me an email that said the refund request is a queue.

Week passed by and after multiple emails and calls. Someone that was supposedly the one that made the decision on the refund called and offered me to change the plan. I mentioned that I have a refund confirmation but he did not acknowledge this. It was clear this company would not issue me any type of refund.

Luckily I was able to reverse the charges by speaking with my credit card company. I provided them with proof. I suggest calling your cc company.

I suggest if you have had a bad experience with this company please write it here. So other hard working people who are starting out and truly is giving it their best to clients and other people wont lose their money by their unethical practices.

There should be governing bodies that look over marketing sector especially if they are operating in USA.
