My daughter has ordered several times and not been disappointed. Unfortunately a pair of riding boots came up slightly short, but the returns process was great and we received a refund within 5 days.

Good quality products and excellent service and professional communication.

I can't even estimate how much money I have spent on this site over the last 5 years. Most of the prices can not be beaten and they also have some good discounts codes and a loyalty program. I love that the wish list section had returned! I like that they give a dispatch estimate on each item as that helps set expectations with time of delivery as sometimes items are sent the next day or two weeks late. I look forward to my next order.

I placed an order on 16th June and chased for an update twice. Was informed on 4th July there had been a technical issue but that the item had now been sent. It is now the 12th - no tracking information and no parcel. Extraordinarily bad service - I’d recommend avoiding!

Plenty of choice and good prices but loses 2 stars as the dispatch and shipping is extremely slow i ordered my last items over a week ago and still the estimated date is 4th July I did know this company were on the slower side compared to other similar sites but as this was only site that had everything I needed I went for it to save Paying multiple postage but didn’t expect to be still waiting

I ordered the wrong item through Amazon, got in touch with GS Equestrian. Lyndsey in the office was superb and could not have been any more helpful. She arranged to uplift the wrong item immediately, organised the refund, sent out the replacement item at the same time. She is an asset to the company. excellent service

Awful wish I had read the other reviews ordered next day delivery for an urgent order the delivery day has passed no communication from company. Called them up they don't even have the item in stock never ever again do not use this company

Awful, wish I'd read this first!
Ordered on the 17th April and paid for express delivery. Had no update if my ordered has been posted yet. Even though I've asked them twice! Received 2 other parcels from other companies without the express delivery ordered the same day. If you want to track a parcel you need to download the shop app, but i have no tracking details to even do that, not that I want that app on my phone. Will never use this company again,

Appalling if honest. Holding my money to ransom. Purchased an item online which arrived one afternoon. Opened the following morning to note faulty. Send an email with images the same day & been advised they would send a returns label to send it back to them. Now being told I have to wait 2-3 working days approx for a manufacturers investigation when they’ve sent me a faulty item. It never left my home & arrived in that state. Why am I having to wait before I get a refund or replacement. Not happy , absolutely appalling service & deffo will not be using again. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Great customer service regarding a parcel delivered to the wrong address (and not forwarded on by whomever received it). Customer Support was very easy to contact by mail, responded quickly, were very helpful and immediately replaced it.

Awful company & terrible service if I could give zero stars I would!

Great Customer support received regarding a rug that I purchased. It had a faulty front clip and I was asked for a few details so that GS Equestrian could contact the manufacturer. Within four days I was given a full refund. Communication via email was timely and professional. I have used this company many times and will definitly continue to. They went above and beyond in resolving the issue with this rug. A big shout out for them and thank you to Lyndsay x

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a breast plate not expensive but still £46 I could have spent at a proper retailer. delivery date passed, emailed with no reply. 2nd email sent expressing my disappointment and cancelling my order for a full refund… Oh surprise! No reply (The item has not even been picked, let alone shipped) Roll on 4 days: Another surprise the item has shipped meaning it can no longer be cancelled! Then today my item has just been picked!!! Come on get your act together… I must add still no human response to my emails. This was the last chance for this company from me… AVOID

Not the worst, not the best. They took a week to even put my order in the post - items that were in stock. I’ve had better service from them before. But all tolled, their prices are excellent, and if you’re willing to keep,after them when things go a bit wrong, they’re OK.

Absolutely awful customer service. Product not as described, when returning item they refused to give me a refund and wanted me to pay more postage to return the item that wasn't fit for purpose. The whole experience has been awful and I would advise caution when using them.

Bought a Gillet at least half the price of anywhere else, brand new and well packaged .. only issue I had is I paid extra for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive for three days… 

Received leather gloves for daughters Christmas only to find they were too small. Returned asap in original packaging requesting larger size (paying for return postage)

Was advised they were received damaged therefore no replacement or refund would be issued.
Gloves were unworn
Can only surmise they were damaged when received as not meticulously examined by myself, damaged by the company on return or this is used as an excuse to not replace

Absolutely disgusted with customer service
Will not use this company again and would not recommend
