Received leather gloves for daughters Christmas only to find they were too small. Returned asap in original packaging requesting larger size (paying for return postage)

Was advised they were received damaged therefore no replacement or refund would be issued.
Gloves were unworn
Can only surmise they were damaged when received as not meticulously examined by myself, damaged by the company on return or this is used as an excuse to not replace

Absolutely disgusted with customer service
Will not use this company again and would not recommend

I ordered a rug for one of our RDA ponies unfortunately two days later we lost her following a horrible colic attack. I contacted GS Equestrian who immediately cancelled the order and refunded the cost. We received a lovely message from their Customer Service team too. Thank you GS Equestrian.

Not very happy was ment to be a Christmas present order was for 4 rugs so not a little order only to receive a email saying 1 was faulty so couldn't send then to find out the items will be arriving after Christmas the 27th so now Christmas eve I need to run around looking for replacements aslo I have to pay for returns and won't get a refund till the new year well just not good enough

Sorely disappointed, placed an order for a few things for my wife's Xmas to find when it arrived out of the 5 things I ordered 3 arrived of which 1 was an item I ordered 2 items I never ordered.
Returned the 2 other items so the said they were sorry and would send the other items low and behold only 3 of the original order arrived 1 still missing.
How can they get a online order when it's there in front of them wrong twice....

During the form filling I was scammed into filling in a form for SUPER payments. They now have all my details so I have to cancel my credit card. Super offer paybacks on purchases but they are so small that the time taken wading through their bumf outweighs the savings. GS offer good prices but obviously only because their site is used by SUPER to trap customers.

BEWARE. Bought Grubs boots less than six months ago and the left one developed a leak, brought this to GS Equestrian CS attention, and they told me that could do nothing about it. No return, no offer of a refund, nothing!
Absolute disgrace, I wasted over £70 to use a pair of boots for about six months and they had to go in the bin.
So be aware these Grubs boots can be faulty, and you will have no customer service from this company when you complain!!!!!!!!!!!
I was happy with the boots to start with, but they just don't last, and with a worthless warranty I will not be buying Grubs again.
Or using GS Equestrian again.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and it’s still not been dispatched. I’ve been told on 2 separate occasions that it was ‘due to be dispatched’ the same day yet days have passed and nothing.

I have emailed the company to cancel my order and for a refund and are yet to receive a response. I will give them until tomorrow and then call my bank for a chargeback.

Company is absolutely useless

Still waiting for delivery from order placed on 31st August no contact ive had to chase clearly something is failing if your waiting on delivery's I suggest you be honest as this going on reviews is doing your company no favours at all very disappointed

Delivery much slower than expected. Placed an order based on products showing as in stock on their site, but delivery was over a week later. Not sure I'd use them again to be honest

Sizes are extremely small and they charge you for returns!! Am a size 12 bought size 14 and don't fit!!

Finally got an admission of no availability and a refund after 'getting heavy' with the hapless order administrator. The last time we had a similar problem, the offending supplier ended up going bust and this Company is going down the same route,

Really really poor. Paid on a Wednesday for next day delivery and on Friday still nothing sent. I had to call up and find that the product not coming even though I took the day off work - and could be shipped Friday when it was Friday I needed it for!!!! Would not recommend and very very disappointed

Absolutely poor customer service. Purchase a thinline muzzle and headcollar. Wrong size was sent due to an error on their website (fair enough), sent back for a replacement and took forever to arrive. Then it arrived and the headpiece was missing. They said they would send a replacement. It never arrived. I had to chase them and the replacement headpiece arrived and is completely the size. It has taken around 6 weeks so far. The customer service is so slow and I've even been asked for photographs! Emailed about the headpiece and still haven't had a reply. I will think twice about using this company again in the future. £80 on a muzzle that I can't use!!!!

Have used GS for years without a problem - unfortunately a recent issue with delivery has really highlighted their poor customer service. The order was sent in two deliveries and the second part never arrived. I have tried to get in touch via email and via live chat and keep receiving the same copy and pasted message letting me know they have raised a claim with Royal Mail which will be resolved in 30 days. The order was made 2 weeks ago! I have highlighted the urgency of this and 6 weeks to resolve is unacceptable. Won’t be using them again in the future.

Would not use this company again ordered 5 trailer ties and 2 were faulty and had to send back at my own expense so now out of pocket. Messaged the company several times but no reply so obviously not very happy and still out of pocket.

I have used this company many times. They are generally good value for money and post items quickly. I love their riding tights.
I have just however received some derma gel and and HY leather headcollar. They took a number of weeks to arrive. The derma gel, I've since found out is a few quid more expensive than other online stores. The leather headcollar also has a different type of spring clip than shown on the photo. I would not have ordered this if I had known. They should not sell items that don't match the pictures as I'm sure this is not in line with CMA regulations.

Good prices. Had a problem with parcel force re delivery but customer service sorted it with just one phone call. Thank you Lindsay

Easy to order and quick delivery.

I've shopped with GS Equestrian about 3 times over the last several months and they're my go-to for horse kit (as we've clearly reached that time of our lives...). Above and beyond customer service that makes it easier to buy/return without faff or hurdles.

We're now beginning to consider horse hire/ownership, and this will be my first stop if/when that time comes.
