Customer service and there fast response. And the ability to clearly communicate is awesome. But most importantly, the merchandise and the quality of this brand is impeccable. Have not seen a brand like this. In a long time although I've been shopping for over a year. Now mostly I purchased jeans this time. I purchased a shirt and some shoes, and I love love them. Looking forward to making more purchases. I just want to say thank you to the brand and the representative that I spoke with continue doing great business and exemplifying, great professionalism.

Great brand, with even better designs over many years. A brand that finally sticks out so you could stand out.

I strongly recommend reconsidering before purchasing with this company.

I ordered 5 weeks ago, still no package. I emailed support, same generic email response with a fake tracking number. When you press the link, it brings you to a page where it says the tracking number is non-existent.

For 5 weeks, Laura at customer service says "it's passing through customs" or "we will check with our courier" in an attempt to avoid refunding my order.

I have ordered through Fanatics in the US, Culture King in the US, after making my purchase with Guapi and they all arrived no issues. I've ordered through Ebay from an Australlian shipper, international, and it arrived no issues. Nothing take's 5 weeks to go through customs. They are avoiding to refund with generic messages.

I have filed a complaint through the appropriate channels to get my refund where Guapi is unwilling to do so.

I will also furthering my complaint the thr FTC. If anybody else ordered from Guapi and are not getting their refund, please file a complaint with the FTC for unfair business practices.

After 5 weeks, and no deliveries, I have given them 24 hours to render my refund. Any short from this, I will launch my formal complaint with the FTC.

Avoid this scam by all means necessary...

I completed contracted work from June 1–22, and both parties signed an agreement confirming payment would be made on July 15th. That date has now passed, and my calls, emails, and messages have all gone unanswered. I don’t recommend working with this company.

Update: The company flagged this review as defamatory. Trustpilot reviewed their claim and determined that my review was not defamatory, so it remains online. However, despite all of this, I still have not been paid for the work I completed. Throughout this process, the company continued to ignore my emails and WhatsApp messages regarding the outstanding payment. As of today, I have received neither the payment owed under our signed agreement nor a meaningful response.

My experience with GUAPI has been very frustrating. Despite completing payment, the item I ordered never arrived. What made the situation worse was the lack of effective assistance from customer service. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I am still left without the product and without a refund. The communication has been disappointing, and the overall experience has not met even basic expectations for customer support. According to a friend, they were offered a complimentary product as an incentive to remove the negative review.

Man GUAPI I’m an addict with Guapi every piece is a piece of ART I can’t stop buying from Guapi I got over 10 pairs of jeans! and every piece is unique and the quality is amazing they always respond fast when I email them or text them thru DM and the shipping is faster than Amazon! seriously people need to start buying Guapi jeans there ain’t no other than Guapi #EVERYTHINGGUAPI

Extremely disappointed with GUAPI. I paid for my order, but I never received what I paid for and have been unable to get a satisfactory resolution. Customer support has been slow and unhelpful, leaving me without either my product or a refund.

This is one of the best companies out there...Not only is the clothes top notch and worth every penny...The customer service is Top Tier as well...I've dealt with many companies that make you wait awhile even for a response...This team was on top of things and resolved my issue in a timely matter...Issue wasn't on them i just ordered the wrong size...Thank you...I definitely will be back...Keep The Fire Stuff coming🙏🏾

the first time I order from guapi I was skeptical at first then I decided to give them a shot and order a few items from them my first order was put in right away conformation email was sent out very fast when I got my items I was very happy and satisfied so I order more now I can stop ordering clothes from guapi I love the signature pieces they make very good quality and very different keep up the good work guapi

I ordered trousers and shirts multiple times from Switzerland and everything went well. It just takes some patience. They were not cheap but absolutely worth it. The quality is outstanding. I can absolutely recommend the brand.

I’ve ordered from GUAPI regularly and I love this brand! The denim quality is top and delivery was fast. Big shoutout to Gagan from CS for handling my request with such a cool, helpful vibe. Always a smooth experience, highly recommended if you want great gear!

I love my guapi brand but as a company they don’t really care .. I’ve ordered over 25 times from them and I’ve had two incidents that is making me now leave guapi ..once had a shipping problem took 6 months to get resolution . Now I preordered jeans in nov that they said would take 3 months .. I haven’t received my jeans no emails answered but they got them for sell on there site

I preordered clothing from this website, on November 28, that I never received. Which they now have in stock. I emailed them several times, they creat tickets with no additional information. I also ordered a pair of pants previously that was sent in the wrong size , I returned for the correct size that was now sold out , and I never received anything after that.. please beware of this company

They don’t send out items when they say on there website very deceiving I’m gonna file a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and the FTC

Placed an order and received the package. Upon receiving the package , an item was missing. I reached out to guapi and explained that I recieved the package but an item was missing. There was a total of 9 item, but I only received 8. They said i have to file a POLICE REPORT FOR THE MISSING ITEM. I checked the website and the item was sold out. I know they just did not have any more to fill my ordered and then wanted to blame the courier for what they did. This was so wrong in so many ways. The missing piece was a set for my son's birthday. Ii had a matching set and his cousin also got a matching set. Now we have to get new sets for his birthday.

I had an awful experience with this company. I placed an order and received the wrong items in the wrong size. I contacted them, and it took three weeks to get a reply. When they finally responded, they offered to replace the items, but it took another two weeks for the new shipment to arrive.

When the replacement finally came, the product was damaged, broken, and of very poor quality. I tried to return it, and once again, the response time was terrible — it took them forever to reply, and they never provided a proper solution.

Customer service is horrible, product quality is extremely poor, and communication is painfully slow. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store under any circumstances.

I recently placed an order on this website, and instead of receiving a proper update via email, to informed that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. On top of that, they sent me the wrong size—four extra-large instead of my actual size, which is extra-large. Trying to get in touch with their customer service has been extremely frustrating. When I finally managed to receive a response to one of my emails, the representative Dexter GUAPI Support Team offered me a mere 5% discount on a future order and told me to keep the incorrect shirt. That 5% discount amounted to just $1.74. I strongly advise against shopping with this company. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disregard for customers make it clear they are not trustworthy. Avoid these fake brands at all costs.

I ordered an outfit for my sons 4th birthday did express shipping and they took the money off of my card without even giving me so much as a confirmation email or text it took me to email them numerous times to even get a response . They claimed to have not received my order which was of no error of my own but still took my money ! We still have not yet reached a solution . I do not recommend anyone to order off of this site
