Guardian coverage for sewer and water supply lines
Too early for me to give a constructive review; however I did not realize that we needed to have coverage for sewer and water supply lines because home insurance does not cover if something should happen. Price per month is very affordable. Glad that I purchased the coverage.

Can’t get a hold of anyone
We can not even get a hold of the company. We’ve submitted claims via email twice and called a handful of times. It says it’s busy and to leave a voicemail- no one calls us back. With a plumbing insurance- our issue is a bit emergent so not getting a hold of anyone for days and at all is ridiculous. What are we even paying for? It seems like a scam. Don’t waste your money.

You cancelled my insurance with no explanation and I can’t get a hold of you for my refund.
They called me to let me know that they cancelled a duplicate account that accidentally got created and that my account is still open and in good standing.
