I have requested to be removed from the agressive direct mail campaigns. The company does not respect my requests and are in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act, 2003).

This act gives a company 10 days to honor such requests and imposes Penalties up to $50,120 per violation.

This review is my final plea to honor my request.

I've purchased 4 knives, and that's a separate issue. These are great holsters, if they are the same one I have. They look identical, mine is Italian leather, and it was $27.00 on Amazon. I really want to like you guys, and I do, mostly. It's just the gimmicks, man. 50% off, really? I'm not calling you fibbers, I just don't see it. I buy holsters literally, all the time. I have 4 holsters just like these, but I bought all 4 for what you say one of these run normally.

This has to be one of the highest quality blades I've seen. The fee for such a knife is severely underpriced and I am happy I got one before they sell out again.

I did my first order during holidays and I thought they shipped quickly back then but whoa, I got this order within 4 days!!!

I ordered 2 Trump MAGA knives and shipping was fouled up somehow. I contacted Gunner Gear about the situation and customer service was on top of my concerns and I received a email the next day that my order was shipped again. The Silverback OTF Knives I ordered took awhile to get here, but were difinatly worth the wait, I gave the other two I ordered to friends and they were just as jazzed to receive them, thank you and I will pass the word about these gems

I am a retired LEO and a member of my church’s security team. I recently ordered three stun guns for my wife and for myself and one of my other team members. They came and I tried all three of them but couldn’t get any to work. And yes, I did follow the directions.
I contacted gunnergear and within an hour I received a message from them, with a video. It turns out that an additional safety feature had been added but the instructions hadn’t been updated yet.
Customer service is a very important part of a company’s business and these guys are excellent with service to their customers.

I cannot overstate how very pleased I am with Gunner Gear, specifically their customer service. I had ordered two Stun Gun Flashlights, and when they arrived, I could not get either to work. I wrote an email late one evening, and when I checked my email the next morning, I already had a helpful response. When I still could not get it to operate, they sent me a video. Even then, I could not get the flashlights to work and asked to exchange the items as they seemed to be of superior construction. Before I got them in the mail to return, two new ones arrived. They worked immediately. Long story short, I had used the same charging cord on both of the ones I could not get to work and found that the green light indicating that it was charging, was not coming on. I had failed to recognize a deficient charging cord. Responses were always quick to ensure I was pleased and to help me in any way possible. My satisfaction indeed seemed to be their singular concern. Fantastic people! I am now a committed return customer. I strongly endorse these folks.

This is great small business. I have found them to be helpful & honest I have purchased many Items from them every thing from ordering online to delivery has been a pleasant experience. I once had an entire order lost I contacted GG via support email and they reshipped me a new order and included a surprise freebie I was ecstatic!! One other time I ordered a spring loaded knife that arrived with a defect again I contacted GG and they immediately issued me an RMA and replaced it no problem no questions asked Wow! Finally there is one more thing I need to say. I had recently purchased a beautiful mini K-bar “The Marine” I love this knife anyway it was stolen out of my truck. I contacted GG told them what happened and requested to purchase a replacement. To my surprise they gave me a jaw dropping discount. Yes GG can be trusted they go above and beyond in customer service BZ GG!!!
