Everything they never delivered my package! Said they were resending a package and it has never arrived their tracking has it leaving the distribution center, and then one second later being delivered to your house when it’s never delivered they’re a scam and a fraud. I do not believe they have real people answering your complaints, reading the other reviews, which said their products garbage I should’ve read those before I ordered because I didn’t receive my garbage and I didn’t get my money back.

Have terrible experience with this clothes brand and I don't recommend ordering anything from here. They write that company doesn't provide return labels, but they don't mention that you must pay and send clothes back to China yourself! Especially, it's shocking because when I paid for clothes, money was transfered to Lithuanian bank. So I assumed that I must send back to Europe. But nope, you must send and pay for China!!
Of course they nowhere mention that everything comes from China or that you have yo deal with returns.

My advice, never buy from them, unless you have extra time and wanna struggle with all this returns.

Une escroquerie tout simplement. Ne recevant pas ma robe apres plus de 3 mois, je leur ai envoyé des emails, ils m'ont répondu que ca allait arriver . J'ai demandé un remboursement car jamais rien n'est arrivé. Ils ont ignore mes messages et m'ont ensuite envoyé un email confirmant la livraison alors que je n'ai rien reçu!! Depuis ils ne répondent plus a mes emails. Une vraie arnaque. N'achetez JAMAIS chez eux!!

It’s my third review as they won’t refund me! They are thief. They literally asked to remove my bad review in order to receive a refund for something that I never received!

So until I get my refund I will keep on putting bad reviews.

Dieser Laden ist der größte Betrüger!!! Ich habe dort was bestellt für 249$ . Dann habe ich es storniert und die haben mir nicht den vollen Kaufpreis erstattet sondern nur 49$ . Jetzt hat Paypal mir natürlich den restlichen Kaufpreis 196$ abgezogen obwohl ich niemals die Ware bekommen habe. Wenn Paypal mir das nicht zurückzahlt gehe ich zum Anwalt. Das ist Betrug!! Bloß nichts dort kaufen!!

Gusaino has a fantastic selection of items, and the quality is quite nice. My only issue was that my order took longer to arrive than expected. I’d still shop here again, but I hope they improve delivery times.

Kauft dort bitte nichts - verkaufen Lederjacken und versenden billige Stoffjacken - bei Reklamation bieten sie nur an es retourzuschicken - natürlich auf Kosten des Käufers nach China - wenn man über Paypal reklamiert bieten sie immer nur eine Rücksendung an - da man nicht noch mehr Geld verlieren will versendet man nicht - bieten aber nichts anderes an - auf Nachfrage gibt’s keine Antwort - das ist typisch China - geben sich auch gerne aus italienischer Shop aus - voller Betrug - bitte nichts kaufen

This seller is selling products under so many different names Olivia mae ruby mae this site plus lots more please read reviews before buying. I fell for there scam and ordered a coat off ruby mae the item did show up but was not stitched in several places. Then they expected me to pay £49 to return it. My bank helped me and did a charge back from them

Do not use this company - they are a complete con. So unfortunate you are misold the item you do not receive. The item received is nothing like what i ordered and the fur collar wass missing - and this is not a cheap site either so be very vigilante

t has been quite some time, and I haven't received the product I paid for. I've tried reaching out to their customer service but have had no response.
This experience has been very frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from Gusaino.com if you expect reliable service. They took my money, and I have nothing to show for it.

I ordered some clothes from Gusaino, and they arrived faster than I expected. One item was not as described, but customer service quickly resolved the issue. Everything else was of great quality. I will definitely shop here again.

Please do not buy anything from this company. The coat I paid £150 for is not even worth £10. I got told if I took my bad review down they would not require me to return the sh***y coat which is like a rag and they would refund the full amount. So stupidly I took the review down and now gets an email telling me I need to send the s**t coat back to china at my own expense. Don’t be fooled the the Italian sounding name of this company is it cheap s**t products from china. Dirty robbers.

Poor communication and won’t buy from here again. I’ve been trying to return products that did not fit for weeks and the customer service does not reply.
