My experience with Gus and Bella was phernomanal it was my first box and already wanting more my cats love it expecially the catnip fillies toys and tea and I am loving the mug thank for for my making my experience lovely .

Love what you get, different every month, cat food/treats and thing's for the cat parents. Had a problem with one item in one box and thay sorted it out and i got an item for inconvenience. If you can't afford every month you can stop and restart at any time just ask thay are happy to help with everything (you get kitten or cat and can upgrade to cat from kitten just ask and thay will sort it) 5 star's

It’s really fun getting a new box each week, there cat toys are usually a hit and the human treats are cute too.

Great items in the box every time. Really broad variety and good value for money. The themed boxes make it even better! They were really responsive when I wanted to change my kitten subscription to a cat subscription early due to my cat being neutered. Thank you!

We love our Gus and Bella box. I love sitting down with Boo my tabby and unpacking it. She loves the shredded tissue in there, and then smells each item. I love the gifts for humans too. Fantastic product, and choice of products.

Me and my two little ones love our monthly treats! When an item was missed out they sent it no questions asked. Fantastic customer service 😻

Great variety of stuff that has really set us up with our two new rescue cats. Both boys have loved every item for them in the boxes and we’ve enjoyed the human stuff too!

My cats love the opportunity to try new food and play with new toys, and it gives us slaves the chance to try things we might not otherwise try. I’ve been a Gus and Bella customer for 4 years - since my cat was a kitten - and he goes mad every time the door goes and he knows it’s his Gus and Bella box!

I’d highly recommend this if you want to treat your fluffy gremlins.

I absolutely love my monthly box and so do my cats. The cats’ items are always well received whether they are food or toys. And, as a crazy cat lady, I’m never disappointed by my things

Been using these for quite a while now and both the cats and I really look forward to receiving our box (the cats especially!). They recognise the box as soon as they see it and instantly jump 'into position' to dive in. Something I can only refer to as 'whale flopping'. They really love the treats and food inside and Gus&Bella have introduced us to some newbies that are now a cupboard staple. Churu is the new Dreamie. Really recommend these if you're looking for some cats-piration for new toys or treats, and even the odd bit for yourself.

I love that I can surprise my cats with monthly treats AS WELL as myself. All thanks to Gus and Bella. I live for the box arriving every month. It's super thoughtful especially having cat mom and cat dad boxes for mother's/father's day and the gifts us humans get are a real treat! I also can never find decent catnip toys anywhere, and each month they hit it out of the park with these. My fur babies are obsessed!❤️

Great communication, lovely products and excellent customer service. My cats always enjoy the box each month and so do I! Lots of thoughtful and carefully chosen products for you and your felines! Would recommend.

The G&B box is a subscription that myself and my two cats look forward to every month! Every single time we are astounded at the thought, love and care that has gone into the curation. From toys and treats, to homeware and accessories and every single item is always appreciated and put to use! We love our Gus and Bella boxes! It's great that you can tailor it to the age of your cats and our kittens make use of everything - even the box and shredded paper make the perfect fort! And the additional treats for their human are a wonderful touch.

Had a frankly disgusting email exchange with their customer service staff. All asked was for an update on an order and the tone & language of the email responses I got was disgusting. Will not be using again and if anyone from the company reads this - please feel free to get in touch with me so I can elaborate! Be happy to provide some constructive feedback on your staff member’s communication with me. UNACCEPTABLE!!

My cat and I absolutely love our monthly delivery from Gus and Bella. The box themes and goodies inside are always innovative and seem very well thought out. It’s so good to be able to try new foods and support small businesses. It’s excellent value for money monthly and I’ve also bought one-off gift boxes for friends.

Really dissapointed. My cats loved the items. However truly and honestly all these stuff is not worth the price. I was suppose to get a flask but they gave me a an insulated bottle just because my payment was 4 days late. Gather all these things yourself people!

Absolutely fantastic boxes, the quality of what is inside is brilliant, definitely worth more than the price of the box. Lots of independent or lesser known retailers in the box and a good way to introduce me and my cat to new things.

Only had one box so far but my cat absolutely loved it. She dived right in before I had a chance to look myself! The catnip kicker toy is her new favourite. It's quite pricey but really good fun for us both. I subscribed and you are able to skip boxes if you need to which is helpful. I look at the sneak peak of the upcoming box, which shows some of the items. I'd recommend and will definitely get more boxes.
