Gorgeous bag, super fast delivery!
Said 5-7 days to dispatch as it was a personalised item but it was dispatched the next day! The bag is absolutely gorgeous, amazing quality and a perfect gift. It was also well packaged and came in a lovely dust bag. Would highly recommend.

I purchased these for myself and friend…
I purchased these for myself and friend for our birthdays and we absolutely love the fabric, quality and speedy delivery.
The only issue we have is that the sleeves and trousers are extremely long. We would like to have ideally a Petite range or even just normal. I feel that this is only catered to extremely tall people.

Lovely robe but far too big to wear without alterations
This robe is lovely, however, the sizing of it is such a disappointment. I’m a size 6 and ordered a S/M and it’s huge. To the point I’m not going to be able to wear it without it getting altered if that’s even possible. I can’t even send it back because of the personalisation. It’s also got loose threads hanging from the cuffs which will need trimming. Considering this robe is on the pricier side, it’s such a disappointment that I now need to get it altered. I wouldn’t order this robe if you’re a size 6.

Very quick delivery, poor customer service
Very quick delivery, bought 6 items for myself and my bridal party to wear the morning of my wedding day. Disappointed that I’ve sent two emails about 1 item I wasn’t 100% happy with and I’ve not received a response.

They don’t care if it’s wrong
I got my bridal robe and the V was an R and instead of offering to fix it they just told me it was a V from the picture and to send it back if I’m not happy.

Disappointed with the hat
Disappointed with the hat, I’m quite small & petite but the hat doesn’t fit, it’s too small. Item is non refundable so not sure what I will do with it, probably give to charity. I was going to buy from this seller last year but was unsure, should of stuck with that and not purchased.
