Bought pyjamas for me and my bride squad for my hen do. They are super luxurious and comfortable. The personalisation added a gorgeous finishing touch. My only recommendation would be to have some sort of size guide for equivalent sizes (eg. size 8-10, 12-14). I was nervous placing the order due to needing personalisation, the price, and not being able to return if the sizes were wrong! We ended up with size large for size 12 women, and an XL for a size 14.

I ordered a cap with this company under the adult section.
I had pre measured my head so opted for the smaller size which I believed would fit
However this was not the case, the item received was a children’s sized hat.
I emailed customer service only to be advised that it should fit even though the smaller size is best placed for children
The sizing is totally unclear on the website and does not state this anywhere and now left with an order I am unable to use.
Really disappointed and let down.

Personalised slippers malt like a dog and also the fur wore away beneath the toe area within a week. Would not repurchase or recommend, overpriced and poor quality.

The most beautiful robe! I cannot wait to wear this on my Wedding Morning. Quality is well made and the personalisation added that extra touch.

I was really looking forward to receiving my personalised pyjamas for my wedding day. Unfortunately the sizing is definitely off, the top is fine but the shorts come up very small!!
I messaged asking if it was possible to get a bigger size somehow or could they check that the shorts are correct and it was very unhelpful and basically told to reorder a whole new set of pyjamas.

I recently purchased some personalised Pyjamas for my Wedding day. I have purchased other items from the company before and the experience and quality of their products have always been amazing.

I am quite tall and always struggle with sizing, I emailed a member of their team asking for sizing help. They responded quickly and were very helpful.

I ordered the largest pair they offered but sadly the bottoms were still too small. I emailed the lady I had been contacting to see if there was anything they could do as I had the top personalised so I couldn't send them back.

She responded to say they had sent me out the larger pair free of charge and for me to keep my current pair. It honestly made my entire day.
