Really great customer service
I ordered a size small in pyjamas, however after asking a question via direct message on Instagram, I was advised a medium would be a better fit for a UK size 10. I explained that I had already placed my order for personalised pyjamas and I had sent an email asking if it was possible to amend my order, given that it was Black Friday I didn’t think I would be able to amend the order as I knew the team would be really busy processing a high volume of orders, however I got an email back to say my order had been amended, and the social media team on Instagram also confirmed this with me and they were so friendly and helpful. The customer service was second to none! I have received my order and the pyjamas are great quality and they will make such a lovely present for my friend. I would really recommend this company both for customer service and quality, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Too much expensive delivery(50€) to Austria, plus 150€ jned to be payed more during delivering-by receiving package in ammount of 360€, because of Tax clo zol. Too much. I love the items but this is too much
