Customer service is great very knowledgeable and very efficient

Website is not functional for anything meaningful. You always need to call up to change anything. Fortunately they answer the phone relatively quickly.

The great customer service and excellent price value with payment plan they put on my 1984 GMC.

They have great coverage, they keep me updated on new trends and such. Have not had to make a claim, but I am sure they will handle it if I do.

Increasing my cars value coudnt have been easier

A person should not bull $^%& so-called "two factor" authentication when logging in to pay a bill. Think about that? To even log in a person has *already* used the password on their computer or phone to even open it - and then put a password into haggerty - and then THIRD? to log in? What is the freaking point. Any person who has hacked or stolen the device *already has the device* you are sending the b.s. so-called "two factor" (its really three passwords) to so doing that does FREAKING NOTHING but value display for your IT department.

Before going public they were much more customer focused. Now its just another corporations. They talk the game of being part of the enthusiasts community, but its all talk.

I was involved in an accident. I was not at fault. Haggerty handled the claim very efficiently. I used the online app and spoke to a customer service representative and it was handled and I had a check in a few weeks. It could not have went better

I have several examples of my positive encounters with Hagerty - from purchasing my policy while pulled over in my new-to-me Mercedes SL, which was extremely easy from my phone. My first claim was frictionless and I didn't feel like I was interogated or treated like a criminal for having a claim; the claims adjuster (Connie) was so friendly, accomodating, communicative, and helpful. I unfortunately had a second claim, and that adjuster (Kim) was just as amazing. I sense a theme about the people of hagerty - they care and are empathetic. I feel the price of my policy is more than fair and I love that we have an agreed upon value. I also love the Hagerty's Drivers club!

Hagerty is very easy to deal with and the coverage seems top notch for a very affordable price

Hagerty Marketplace is a poorly run division lacking staff for customer service. As opposed to the insurance side which is exceptional they pass off their branded marketplace to people who stay silent and can't help. Their preferred transportation, Reliable, can't pick up a car even with a month notice in a major metropolitan area. This is bordering on theft in that they are keeping millions of dollars interest free.
