I sold a car and called them .
THEY CANCELLED BOTH CARS ON TEH POLICY.
I went 3 months uninsured . The only reason that I called was to get insurance on a Porsche gt3rs and a Porsche gt3 Cup car .
I was so disgusted after 1 hour on the phone.
I reluctantly renewed my policy on the 1981 K20 .
I would not recommend them .
no compensation , only a BS apology .
An apology does not excuse their actions.

Great coverage, communication and company. If you have an antique or classic car, they are a must have.

It’s been over two months since my vehicle was damaged by the tow truck they sent to pick up my Corvette. No body returns calls or emails. Told multiple times that they generated a ticket and I would be contacted within 48 hours. Still no response. Derick, my claims adjuster stated that I wasn’t on his radar yet, that’s why he repeatedly didn’t respond to my text or voicemails.
Hagerty is the worst!! I will be canceling my policy once my claim gets settled.

Terrible customer service. my Credit card expired and they made me weight on hold for hours to correct it since the online portal locks you out if you miss a payment. not worth the small savings

Hagerty does everything extremely well. That includes the auctions, the stories, the research, the guidance, the chance to read what other vintage iron enthusiasts are thinking and saying about all that Hagerty does.

I have three cars insured through Hagarty and I've been with them for over 30 years. I wanted to add a car to my policy so I went on line to my policy and added the car. On the website Hagarety gave me a quote and said pending. When I called Hagerty to confirm they said they won't cover the car.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE> They will insure you the 1 st year for a plane Jane Policy even after you explain the value and modifications THAT YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE DONE. IF YOUR VEHICLE WAS IN MINT CONDITION THEY LIE TO YOU JUST TO GET YOUR FIRST YEAR PAYMENTS. NEXT YEAR THEY CLAIM THEIR RECORDS DID NOT INDICATE THE EXACT VALUE NOW THE ASK FOR A HUGE INCREASE!! Very Shady Haggerty too big for their own good. Capital Greed at it's finest!!!

I never thought I would gush about an insurance company, but Hagerty deserves every bit of respect for their pricing, coverage, and emphasis on the customer base. Every time I insure a new vehicle, I feel a piece of mind knowing that I am covered and not worried about barriers and tricks

Renewal coming up which reminded me about my experience with Hagerty. I was having trouble finding a company willing to insure my ride, but Hagerty was eager to help. The premium is very fair and affordable, including the road service upcharge. The road service turned into a real blessing when my ride broke down on the trip home. No hassle service covered the tow.

Don’t buy a car from an auction unless you get it checked out. I purchased one assuming that there was nothing serious wrong with it but the fan blower didn’t work and the gas gauge doesn’t work. Now it’s taking longer to get the title than from the state. That’s the last car I will buy online. Hagerty doesn’t give a shit about you, it’s all about money!!! POS I still haven’t received the title!!!

I have a rare Harley and Supercar insured with Hagerty and their online auction updates are both intriguing and keep me tuned into the automotive market prices. I always take time when I have down time peruse the site - it’s enjoyable and informative.

Very good communication, excellent customer service, adjuster was prompt to view damage to my vehicle.

On the freeway, I damaged my tire and wheel on my 2024 Corvette by an unknown item. I notified Hagerty and they required some pictures and an estimate. Once they receive the estimate, they approved the payment and I got my new wheel and tire from my local Chevy dealer, Sarchione Chevrolet!

Also don't just cover American cars but a lot of British cars also.
