I was really nervous getting this done , but the staff were amazing (manchester). I honestly didn't feel any pain.

The aftwr people I've spoken to are sooo helpful aswell, always answering my many questions.

Great experience with them.

I dont like giving reviews this soon after a procedure just because ai cant tell if it was a success or not.

Having done a hair transplant previously and also had some issues and not a great end result meant I had to re do it again to look better.

Harley street has been amazing up to now and I did my second transplant last week and up to now the recovery and results seems way better than the initial 1st surgery. If it continues as it is doing now then I hope to have the result I was hoping for.

At current moment I would definitely recommend harley street for doing the hair transplant. My next review will be in about 6 months time as then I will be able to see more how the end result looks like.

This co.pany was recommended by pir friend and after experiencing it for myself I can truly and honestly say they covered every inch from start to finish what can only be described as perfectionists. On entering into the consultation room we were met with one of the leading experts Dr Munir. Dr Munir immediately addressed my concerns and even educated myself with great depth on not only what to expect but communicated both with transparency, integrity and honesty. Dr Munir studied my needs, wants and desires and we came to a mutual understanding of what achievable in terms of going forward with a natural look. I have been hesitant and reserved for over 10 years and how this industry has changed plus seeing other friends commit to this company gave me 100% confidence in making the necessary steps to picking up the phone and starting the journey with a consultation which I'm glad I did. Im very analytical with companies, however I have to say with brutal honesty from start to finish they are a gift from the gods and nothing was left off the table in what I can only describe as perfection at its best. If I can put my name to anything with honesty and transparency then this company has achieved %1000 in terms of achieving something i never thought possible. I am from a background of well connected clientele of A-Lister celebrities from all over the world thanks to my wife's background in aesthetics and will be recommending them to chose such an amazing company to achieve the impossible. I’ll be honest, I can’t really fault this surgery at all! Yes, the local anaesthetic/numbing was excruciating pain, but they did inform me that I will not like this part of the procedure. They fully prepared me and told me what to expect. They even explained over and over again what I needed to do post-op. And sent me links to log into for me to keep reminding myself to watch to get the best results.
I am only day two post-op my swelling is very very minimal. I’m looking forward to seeing what the results come out like!

If you are ever thinking about doing this procedure, I would really recommend it but just be prepared to be in a lot of pain from the start. Once you are numbed though, you don’t feel a thing and actually in fact I nodded off a couple of times!

They’ve even made my hairline look realistic and not just a straight cut, which I’m very happy with

Scared for life since they did my FUE over 12 months ago. I even had to pay for corrective surgery to try and cover the scares up, which they did not cover the costs for When i complained, they stated that it has nothing to do with them as they sub all work out to other companies, please avoid these crooks

I dont think I was very well prepared for how uncomfortable the procedure would be, however the staff were great and welcoming.
I had to make the journey twice as my initial appointment saw my anxiety spike my blood pressure, I was sent home and I rebooked for the following week and monitored it in-between and it was fine.
One improvement i think would be the aftercare pack, it would be better in a bag with a printout of the care plan easily laid out.

I went to get my hair transplant yesterday and I was very nervous but the staff were nothing but nice and understanding and did everything they could to make me feel at ease and with them doing this it made the process that bit easier. I would definitely recommend their services. Hakeem the senior consultant was always patient with me also and made sure to give me the best of services

My partner found this clinic online after reading on their website that they offer same-day lipoma removal. We contacted the clinic to enquire about prices and were told by the specialist that the procedure would cost £295. We specifically asked three times whether this was the final price, and although he said it might be slightly higher, there was no indication that it could be nearly seven times more expensive.
The website itself is not transparent regarding pricing or wording, but we trusted the information provided by the specialist and attended the appointment based on that understanding.
Upon arrival, my partner was briefly seen by a woman who was introduced as the surgeon. The consultation lasted no more than 30 seconds. She asked why we were there, looked briefly at my partner, wrote a few notes, and did not examine the lipoma properly—there was no scan, no physical examination, and no confirmation of the diagnosis.
We were then taken to another room to discuss pricing, which is where the issue became clear. Instead of the expected £295 (or slightly more), we were quoted £1,399 for the procedure. This was completely unexpected and well beyond what we had been led to believe. We explained that this was far above our expectations and that we could not proceed.
At this point, we were informed that we still had to pay £295 for the consultation because we did not go ahead with the procedure. While the clinic states that the consultation fee is waived if you proceed with treatment, this feels misleading when the quoted treatment price is drastically different from what was initially communicated.
Charging £295 for a consultation that lasted less than 30 seconds and involved no proper examination is unreasonable. After disputing the misleading pricing and wording, we were eventually charged £160 instead, but the experience left us feeling misled and pressured.
This clinic should be upfront and transparent about their real prices. If accurate pricing were clearly stated from the beginning, patients could make informed decisions and avoid wasting time and money. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine medical consultation.

I had an appointment scheduled for the early morning. The team greeted me warmly and with kindness. They explained each step of the process and were very open to answering any queries I had.

Although I may as well of as the staff barely spoke English
From the moment I arrived it seemed very unorganised , I was placed in 3 different rooms as the staff members kept switching me into a different office whilst waiting around 1 hour to see the surgeon
When I eventually seen surgeon it felt very rushed and everything that came out of his mouth he was just trying to sell me things and spoke minimal about the transplant and spoke in depth about his products he wants to sell me , to the point where he came in mid surgery 3 times asking his staff if I had signed up to his offer yet and get him to sign up Before I leave (don’t know his name little man in a suit)
The clinic was dirty I noticed blood stains on walls/ cupboards and dirt in the rooms , the man who was working on my head was constantly coughing and different people kept entering and leaving the room

This is was a very negative experience and truthfully it didn’t feel like I was in central London getting a surgery, it felt more like a back alley job

On a positive as far as I’m aware the transplant up to now seems ok and is healing well , but I wouldn’t recommend this place what so ever

Also contacted the after care team twice via what’s app and not heard back , although someone rang asking to leave review

Good all round experience

The staff assisting the doctor were incredibly professional and friendly. The doctor I spoke to explained everything clearly and gave me the hair I wanted.

Had a good experience with Harley street would definitely recommend! Looking forward to seeing the results over the next few months.

Great from my initial phone call to how organised it was up to the day. I met Dr and he made me feel at ease straight away explaining everything very clearly so I knew exactly what was about to happen. His team were amazing absolutely lovely, kind and funny again explaining what was going to happen and take me through their part made sure I had adequate pain relief and I was comfortable before we started they told me the first 5 minutes was the most painful so I was grateful for this and used breathing techniques to help me get through the pain and it was probably less than 5 minutes so totally manageable the team were funny and constantly making sure I was ok. Dr came in did his thing no messing and left me in the capable hands again of his team so good finishing off the surgery and all did an amazing job. Afterwards again more staff explained the next steps and left me with all the relevant pain relief and dressings. I’ve since had a follow up call and a text from Dr and I just feel so confident moving forward with the aftercare that I’m in great hands.

The whole reason for this was because I was very self conscious of going bald and this is hopefully going to give me back the confidence I’ve always had and recently lost.

I can’t thank all the staff enough and it was worth every penny 🥰

Mixed Experience at the Manchester Clinic – Great Procedure, But Concerning Communication and Extra Costs

I had my hair transplant on Friday at the Manchester clinic on 39 Deansgate. Unfortunately, the experience got off to a stressful start. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I still had an outstanding balance — despite the fact I had paid in full weeks before. Not exactly ideal when you’re about to undergo a procedure and want to feel calm and assured.

On top of this, I was advised to purchase minoxidil tablets as part of the aftercare, costing an additional £207 for a 6-month supply, after already paying £2,500 for the procedure. Then, when Dr. Munir — who I must say was knowledgeable and helpful during the consultation — reviewed and drew my hairline, he recommended an additional £500 to achieve an even better result. Feeling anxious and wanting the best outcome, I agreed, but it did feel like a lot of unexpected extra cost.

To be fair, the nurses were pleasant and attentive, especially when I needed extra anaesthetic. The actual procedure itself went smoothly, though it was a long day from 9am to 5pm.

I’m currently on day 3 of recovery and have been following the aftercare instructions closely. I developed swelling around my left eye, which I understand can be normal as the anaesthetic moves down. However, to be safe, I tried contacting the clinic for reassurance. I called Dr. Munir’s direct number several times, left a voicemail, called the main office, and even sent photos via WhatsApp — both to the group and directly to his mobile. I received no response through any channel.

I completely understand they may be busy, but after paying over £3,000 and being encouraged to reach out after the procedure, being unable to get even a simple message of reassurance is disappointing and concerning. It leaves me feeling like now that they have my money, I’m no longer a priority.

I truly hope the final results are great, but the overall experience has been a mix of good surgical care overshadowed by poor communication and unexpected extra costs.
