Order all my topicals from hair repair clinic…quick delivery and great customer service…website is easy to use and very well laid out….been with the clinic for 12 months now 👍🏾

I decided to look into a hair transplant after speaking to a patient of the Hairrepairclinic.
He gave me their contact details and suggested I speak to Jake who he had initially dealt with.
I did this and Jake explained all about the process. There was no pressure just great professional advice.
After thinking long and hard l decided to go for it.
I then had a consultation with Dr Moussa the surgeon and he fully explained the medical procedures.
I booked a surgery date and was very impressed with the service I received prior to and post surgery.
Mathew booked me a hotel near to the Nottingham Clinic this was much appreciated as I live approximately 100 miles away.
This saved me travelling all that way on the surgery date and left me feeling rested and relaxed on the day.
My surgery was booked for an early morning start, and to be honest I was very nervous, but after meeting my surgery team, my nerves soon calmed down. The team were fantastic Dr Moussa, Stan, Mariya and Amanda were great and I certainly felt I was in safe hands. The whole process was very easy and professional. They were just great and really looked after me. Mariya explained that they have worked as a team for the last 15 years which was also very reassuring.
To be honest I felt they couldn't have done anything more for me than they did, definitely the A Team I would say.
When the procedure was finished and l was handed a mirror to see the initial results I was over the moon. Even though the scalp was red I could see my new hairline which had been created with 2500 grafts.
I then had a post op consultation with Dr Moussa and Mariya to explain the aftercare process.
Jake then takes over and contacts me multiple times daily to check how I'm getting on.
From my point of view I am 110% happy with the totally professional and attentive way I have been guided through the whole process.
I'm a very happy customer thanks to the whole team at Hairrepsirclinic.

I had been using hairrepairclinic for a while and then had some issues with my dosage, I called and was assisted by Matthew. I was taken a back by the level of service I received and felt very supported, I cannot recommend this company enough they have been brilliant

After placing an order and stating a lactose allergy I received capsules containing lactose. I raised this via email and the error was acknowledged, and I was told they could make me non lactose containing pills which I received just over a month after I raised the issue, and after having the chase multiple times.

My initial order was for 180 capsules but I only received 100 lactose-free pills. I raised the issue and was told they were more expensive which is why I received fewer, yet this was never told to me before and I was never given the option for a refund. I requested a partial refund which was then granted, but with no acknowledgement of their poor communications or mistake.

I completely understand that mistakes happen, but lack of transparency and communication mean that I will not be using them again.

I ordered from Germany (when it was still possible) and the package arrived after about 3 weeks. I had no problems and the customer service always responded fast and in a nice manner. It really is a shame that they dont ship to Germany anymore.

Very professional consultation explaining what my options are and even though I wasn't eligible for a transplant they didn't try and say ai was which have resulted in high costs and poor results Highly recommend

Very thorough and efficient compounding pharmacy. This is the first time I have ordered from this company. I did have to complete a medical form and upload photographic ID, this is understandable. The product was sent out very quickly, using Royal Mail, and was tracked. It was delivered very fast and left where I instructed. I have not used this product before so looking forward to trying it out. The item was well packaged and it was free delivery. Very happy with this Company.

I used to order my topical dutasteride and minoxidil here since buying a trichosol solution is difficult to find in the Netherlands. But then they just decided to not ship to Europe anymore only UK addresses. They simply say, use a forwarding service. Well how customer friendly... It's a shame they discriminate European customers and don't seem to care about them anymore.

I had my transplant with Dr Ahmed Moussa exactly a year ago today and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Jake was my contact on whattsapp and would always be quick to reply if I had any questions in the buildup and would keep me updated with the aftercare. On the day I was talked through the plan and I opted to have my head shaven, the whole process took about 7 hours and then I was on the way home, I had the week off work so I could be extra careful not to touch my head which was probably the hardest part. After 3 months I had a hair cut and you couldn’t even tell Id had a transplant probably helped by the natural looking hair line Dr Moussa gave me.

1 year on from my surgery and couldn’t be happier with the result. I was looked after incredibly well on the day and the following weeks. I went on to see more and more progress as the months went by and now I’m at the 1 year mark I have an incredibly natural result that was exactly what I was after. Would highly recommend and would go back in the future if I wanted any more done.

Really happy with Hair Repair Clinic

Where they stand out is that they offer customisation for the quantities of actives in their products. This is extremely valuable, many large scale companies offer topical finasteride @ .2% concentration which in effect is 2mg of fin per day (double the amount taken in the oral form). Which is a very large amount if you are trying to avoid systemic side effects.

Having the option to try ultra low dose topicals and then titrate up the dose is very valuable as is the option to add adjunctives into the mix such as niacinamide or caffeine, melatonin etc.

It is slightly pricey but I’d prefer to pay 20/30 gbp more per month and know I’m doing the utmost to maximise hair gains whilst minimising side effects.

Also having non PG option as carrier is great.

I originally placed an order on the minoxidil world website but after nearly a month I didn't even get an order acknowledgement much less any product or status update. I have now ordered from Hair Repair Clinic and the product was shipped and delivered within three or four days of placing the order. Great service.

Hair repair clinic used to be really great to deal with, but something has changed recently. I have been trying to contact them for weeks regarding reordering some prescriptions. I’ve sent multiple emails, no response. They recently sent me an email asking me what has made me stop buying from them, to which I responded that I’ve been trying to but they haven’t been replying. No response 😂 Couldn’t make this up.
