Hair Repair Clinic Reviews

The customer service from this company was amazing. I had some questions before purchasing a product which they replied extreamly fast to answer. The product i orderd was deliverd very fast! I will continue to use this company, and highly recommend anyone reading this not to hesitate.

Matthew has been so helpful and is obviously so knowledgable, it’s been an absolute pleasure purchasing a topical finasteride/minoxidil solution through his company. Very highly recommended to anyone suffering hair loss and wanting to do something positive to stop it.

Mathew is extremely helpful gives good advice and responds quickly to requests, items posted are again very prompt. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Hair Repair Clinic.

I've never seen a more comprehensive array of hair loss medications on one website before. Not to mention the ability to customise topical solutions with a simple request. I ordered topical finasteride (when I should've ordered it with minoxidil as well) and I asked for it to be changed. Despite being slightly more expensive, he covered the cost which I was very grateful for.

They also were happy to change the solution from the trichosol to a simple ethanol/PG solution. In all honesty, I wasn't a fan of the trichosol solution due to its smell and feel in my hair. I can see it being good for someone who doesn't react well to ethanol/PG solutions though.

I've since moved onto oral finasteride and oral minoxidil but their topicals are a great place to start if you're nervous about going straight into tablets. If you manage to catch hair loss early, I'd highly recommend starting with just oral finasteride only for a year or two. That's what I'd do differently. Remember, it takes years for these medications to really shine, not months. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Looking forward to doing more business with you guys!

I've been using Dutasteride and oral Minoxidil, but unfortunately they are not available in Ireland. Finding this UK shop was a total win! Their service has been spot on, quick, easy, and no headaches. If Brexit hadn't happened, ordering this stuff would probably be as smooth as my hair is starting to get! But even with all that, these guys made it super simple. Definitely recommend!!!!

Ordered on Saturday morning, received on Sunday!

I will definitely reorder from them. They’re professional, and they seem trustworthy.

Thank you so much, I’m very happy with my order.

Very helpful with all of my question, as well as guidance about shipping.

Very fast responses too .

The product is very good quality , of course finasteride/minoxidil needs time for results, so I cannot judge that yet.

Service was impeccable from start to finish finally found a company that sell real Kirklands minor idol and will be ordering again from them real soon no doubt Kermit up guys your website has everything I need and that says a lot
Keep it up guys and thank you thank you thank you
Please please don’t close down ok

Regards

Absolutely mega service. Near on ran out of meds and heading on hol in 2 days, and my usual item out of stock! Sent them a quick WhatsApp and BOOM alternative offered for a great deal, and it was even with me JUST before I headed off on hol (during a bank holiday to boot) massively unexpected too. Thanks again!

Fantastic service l, spoke to Mathew on phone as I was seeking further information and advice, very professional, couldn't of done any more to help me with my queries. Ordered at 1pm and arrived the next day before noon. Super quick delivery and top notch service. Thanks Matthew, will know be a life long customer going forward.

Easy order, great customer service and fast shipping.. definitely will be a regular customer

I've dealt with Matthew for years and he has always provided excellent advice, as well as providing suitable medication at a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend.

I buy finasteride and minoxidil from Hair Repair Clinic. I have seen solid results so far (age 30, after six months). Even if the results are not visually transformative, I am clearly making progress, and I feel much less insecure or worried. I am a creature of habit and like to stick with companies that don't let me down, so I am hoping Hair Repair Clinic will stick around for many years to come. Thanks!

They accidentally sent me the wrong strength of topical finasteride. After I brought it up, they suggested I return it but after a wait they sent me a free bottle of the correct strength! They clearly value loyal customers and are smart enough to reward it. Highly recommend.

Ran out of product. Medical daily requirement.
Within a twink. A phone call and message to pay. All done
Pleasant patient guy who helped me.
Great experience and will regularly use for the future. Thankyou Hair Repair Clinic.

I trust the clinic on their advice and easy use of their website to get my treatment.

Really good experience with their customer service! Matthew helped me tailor a topical treatment to my specific needs, this is a service which I could not find anywhere else in the UK.
Great customer service, open and transparent.

I use topical minox with fin, and after first dose (3 months) I can see solid results. My hairline is filling with small dark hair after years, hope it will grow strong and continue to grow 😁
Bad thing is that price is reasonable in UK, but its almost double amount when you take in account shipment costs and tax from Croatia...but thats another problem, product is awsome and I hope company will exist for long and provide even more awsome products 🙂

Great company. Used them for the past year and a half. Super quick delivery. Website is clear to understand and simple to find what you after (unlike other websites) will continue to use them.

Thanks again

so grateful for this company.

I don't usually leave reviews but you have saved my confidence and quality of life so you deserve it.
