ABOUT HAIR REPAIR CLINIC Affordable, effective hair loss treatment – trusted since 2015. Hair Repair Clinic is a small, family-run UK business that’s helped thousands of people with hair loss since 2015. We don’t advertise. Most of our growth has come from referrals and word of mouth. People come back because we answer the phone, reply to messages, and keep things straightforward. We offer prescription tablets, custom topical treatments, and hair transplants. Our compounded topicals are made to order by a registered UK pharmacy using the strengths you choose. Finasteride, dutasteride, minoxidil, melatonin and spironolactone can be combined in TrichoSol, a gentle, non-irritating base. Everything is prepared fresh and shipped discreetly. Hair transplants are carried out in London and Nottingham in CQC-registered clinics. We offer FUE, FUT and transgender procedures, with a focus on smaller patient numbers and proper aftercare. We don’t do gimmicks or hard sells. Just evidence-based treatment, fair pricing, and honest advice. No ads. No sales tactics. Just a service that works.

Really easy process to sign up & order
Really easy process to sign up & order, not the cheapest but the product does appear to be working well...I would order again if there were more incentives for returning customers or referrals (I have advised / recommended a friend to try the same product) overall very satisfied

Thanks for the positive feedback. I’m pleased to hear the treatment appears to be working well for you.
I’m surprised by the comment about price as we work hard to remain among the most competitive providers in the UK, but I appreciate your comments
Thank you for recommending us to a friend and for taking the time to leave a review.

Cost has went through the roof!!!
Really disheartening to see the cost of products sky rocket - previous products £45 now £60 for 1 items
Other products 90 for 60 I think is now 100 for 100….
Fantastic service from the team without a doubt but with the recent cost increase - and removal of other products also - I may now need to look elsewhere
Looks like this is all part of some brand refresh OR some form of new investment
Really disappointing - don’t fix what isn’t broken - again cannot fault the team or service as that was always first class !

We did try to investigate this further and asked Trustpilot to request additional information from you so that we could identify your account and establish exactly which products and prices you were comparing.
Unfortunately, you didn’t respond to Trustpilot’s request, so we’ve been unable to identify you or investigate the specific products mentioned in your review.
As we explained previously, nothing in our range increased by the £15–£40 suggested. A small number of compounded treatments increased by around £4–£5 due to increased pharmacy and raw material costs, while UK delivery is now included in the price.
We would have been very happy to look at your previous orders and explain any difference, but without knowing who you are or which products you purchased, it simply isn’t possible for us to do that.
We do appreciate your very positive comments about our team and service and remain happy to clarify the pricing if you contact us directly.
10/10 company

Five Star Service.
The service I received from the Hair Repair Clinic was definitely five star from start to finish. Matthew was so helpful without pressuring me to buy anything. He answered all my questions fully, offered suggestions and is obviously very knowledgeable. The turn around was exceptional, only 24 hours from placing my order to delivery. Would definitely recommend this service to others. Thanks Matthew you're a star. ⭐

So grateful I’ve found Mathew!!
Honestly cannot recommend Mathew enough. From the very beginning he has been kind, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. He always goes the extra mile and I have absolute confidence in everything he advises. He has never once tried to sell me anything I do not need or push treatments just for money, which is so rare and refreshing.
Mathew is always there — he answers calls and messages so quickly, even on a Sunday, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He genuinely cares and that really shows. He truly is one in a million and I am forever thankful for his support.
I honestly wish he had come into my life years ago as it would have saved me so much time, money and stress.
I am getting married in May and since being on the treatment plan he put me on, and following all of his advice, my hair has grown significantly more than with any other treatment I have ever tried. The results speak for themselves.
I would never go to anyone else. Thank you so much, Mathew — you have made such a difference and I am beyond grateful.

Emma, thank you so much for such a lovely review. I genuinely don’t know what to say to that!
I’ve always believed that the best advice is sometimes telling someone what they don’t need as much as what they do, so it means a lot that you’ve recognised that.
Most importantly, I’m absolutely delighted with the progress you’ve made and that you’re seeing such a difference in your hair, especially with your wedding coming up in May.
Thank you for putting so much trust in me and for taking the time to write this. It really does mean a lot, and I hope you have the most amazing wedding day.

Thank you for such a great review. We’ve always tried to put long-term customer relationships ahead of simply selling people more products, so it’s particularly nice to see that recognised.
The aim is very much to provide everything someone might need for their hair loss treatment in one place, backed up by proper advice and support.
Really appreciate the recommendation and your continued support.

Trustworthy, transparent company
I recently ordered a finasteride product from Hair Repair Clinic, and I must admit I made an error in selecting the wrong product. I take full responsibility for the mistake. However, I was genuinely impressed by the company's response. They contacted me promptly via phone, showing a level of professionalism and customer care that is rare to find. They even offered to send me the correct product at no additional cost, which I truly appreciate.
This experience has really reinforced my trust in Hair Repair Clinic. Not many companies go above and beyond like this, and their transparency and dedication to customer satisfaction have made a positive impression on me. It’s refreshing to encounter a company that values its customers and handles issues with such integrity. I will definitely continue to trust and recommend them.
