Hajj and Umrah Reviews

Kashan made our trip so easy he was with us on text all the time anytime we needed anything he was there very greatful to book through this agency had a beautiful experience all throughout our journey Alhamdulillah

Amazing service from Kashaan. Stayed in contact throughout the trip providing us support.

Amazing service and very efficient. Everything went smoothly with my Oman hotel bookings. Mubashir was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

After performing Umrah five times (Alhamdulillāh) I am someone who usually likes to book every aspect of my trip by myself so I can get the best deal possible. I have also been known to help family and friends with their bookings too.

This time last year I was helping my sister arrange her Umrah trip and to my surprise hajjandumrah.co.uk were able to beat what I was trying to arrange for my sister and everything was so seamless for her. She praised the company highly for her experience and in particularly Br. Mubashir who was helpful throughout the trip and would respond to whatever she needed right until she reached back to the UK.

So when I decided to go this time round, I asked my sister for Br. Mubashir’s details and he arranged every part of my trip from the flights, visas, to the transfers and hotels. The price was excellent and the quality of service was outstanding. During my stay I decided to perform a number of Umrah’s on behalf of those who have passed and he arranged all the transport for me with very short notice and kept me informed throughout. What was reassuring was how quickly he would get back to me.

I am someone who has an extremely busy life style and decided to go for Umrah only two weeks before actually going, after Allah had it not been for Br Mubashir and HajjandUmrah.co.uk I would not had the stress free Umrah experience that I have done Alhamdulillāh.

I work along side many Islamic organisations and the amount of Ihsan I saw in Br. Mubashir’s service is pretty rare nowadays. I ask that Allāh accepts it from him and the entire company. Ameen

I do not give out feedback easily and whenever I do I treat it as an amanah, as I don’t want to miss sell anything to anyone knowingly. I pray you get the same level of service if not better. Ameen

Overall services we got from this company was very good, our stay in Makkah was great because the hotel we got was so good. Transport which was provided by the company was excellent no issues at all.our hotel in Madina was below the expectation because we ask for 5 or 4 star . But according to hotel own standard , it was excellent, we had no issues. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful and looked after us very well.
This company is my old reliable company, I buy their services often and they don’t disappoint. Staff is also good and respectful, especially one staff name Momin was very helpful. But everyone was helpful.

I would recommend the company.
It was value for money, they provided everything they had promised .
Kept in constant contact to ensure we were ok.
Thank you

Very helpful and easy to communicate with. Shahzain was dealing with us and made everything perfectly easy and quick.

I appreciated the kind and polite service from this company, (Mahwish) and their packages were quite affordable compared to other travel agents when booking our Umrah trip. It was great that the visa and everything else was included in the package.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to follow up with them several times regarding the visa application—when to apply, updates on the process, and any important information for first-time Umrah travelers. They seemed a bit unsure about some details, so I often had to double-check and verify information elsewhere. A bit more guidance and knowledge on their part would have made the experience smoother.

Overall, a good service with room for improvement in communication and expertise.

I’ve used this agency for my family’s Umrah bookings and the service has always been really good. The team is helpful, responsive and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Brother Momin has also been great to deal with very clear, patient and supportive whenever we had questions. Overall, my family felt well taken care of from start to finish. Definitely recommend them alhamdulillah.

It was a great experience dealing with hajjandumrah team. I have been using their services for past 5-6 years and they have never disappointed me. This time it was Mubashir he helped me with my visa and flights and entertained my queries even out of hours and kept me updated throughout. Really appreciate his professionalism and understanding for my specific requirements.

Shahzain who booked the Umrah package was with us on every step of the way. He gave clear and honest advice, he was professional and understanding. Through the trip we were in clear communication with Shhzain and with transfer drivers. After landing to Saudi and back to the UK Shahzain made sure to check up on us. I have had an excellent and positive experience with HajjandUmrah.co.uk and most definitely will book with them again and highly recommend everyone to contact them and book with Shahzain.

We travelled as a large family with young children and everything went very smoothly, transfers were on time, the staff were very responsive whenever I had any questions.

I had a truly wonderful Umrah experience with HajjAndUmrah.co.uk. From start to finish, everything was organised professionally, smoothly, and with great care. The entire journey was made easy thanks to the support and guidance provided.

A special thank you to Shahzain, who was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient with all my questions. His support made a real difference and gave me confidence throughout the process.

Alhamdulillah, it was a beautiful and spiritually uplifting journey. I would highly recommend HajjAndUmrah.co.uk to anyone planning their Umrah or Hajj. May Allah bless the team for the service they provide. Ameen.

This was our first time making our umrah visit and it was impeccable - alhamdulilah. From the first point of contact with Hajj and umrah booking agency, I found our agent Shahzain extremely helpful, he found many options regarding our ideal dates for travel and locations for stay. He was extremely patient, never causing pressure for an answer and always available to answer questions - even whilst we were in Saudi. Would 100% recommend - smooth, safe and superb care! God permitting will be using their services again. Thank you Shahzain!

I would definitely recommend staying near the Haram for ease of access and optimising your experience.

We came back from umrah a few days ago, after having an amazing experience, Alhamdulliah!
From start to end Hajj and Umrah were professional, helpful and tried their best to meet our needs. They were prompt to respond and extremely polite.

All the bookings made were as promised from hotel, transfers and tours.

The only complaint I have are the drivers of the transfers and tours. The actual company they use are very professional, they correspond and update you very professionally and promptly but the drivers should be a little more considerate, kind and helpful, this is mainly because of language barrier. The day we were off to Makkah our driver didn’t tell us when we reached the mikaat point, this did spoil our spiritual journey.

Other than that an absolutely brilliant experience, really looking foward to booking again.

Excellent service had a minor glitch but got sorted promptly and efficiently. Always responds to queries really fast. Will be using this agency in the future insha Allah.

The team was always contactable

I found their details on a google search and was responded to by Shahzain. The initial response was fast and informative.
Shahzain took the time to understand my needs and preferences before recommending suitable packages.
What stood out about the contact was that Shahzain was not constantly pushing me to make a decision, he was allowing me the time to discuss with family members but he always made sure that I knew he was available for any queries I had.
This was my first umrah and I was really anxious as well as having so many questions. I was also taking my children so it was very important that everything went smoothly for me and Alhamdulillah it did.
I only wanted contact through the same person so Shahzain informed me his working hours and therefore he was always available when I contacted with any query.
The process was explained to me in a simple format and all confirmation documents was sent to my by email and whatsapp. I paid a deposit and made full final payment one month before travelling.
The process was easy and Shahzain gave me a lot of confidence in booking with this company.
Emaar Maktan was a really good 4 star hotel in Madinah. Emaar Grand in Makkah is rated 4 stars but I feel it is more closer to a 3 star hotel.
The transport company for hotel transfers/Ziarat was ‘Muhabiya Transport’ and they were excellent with their communication.
I recommend Hajjandumrah.co.uk and inshallah will be using their services again in the future.
Thank you to Shahzain for such great communication over the last 5 months.

Mubashir was excellent from start to finish.

This was my third time booking through Hajj & Umrah Polani and it has never disappointed.

The addition of the ground transport as part of the package was a very welcome bonus too.

Always updated me and allowed me t have a smooth journey/umrah
