hajjumrahhub.co.uk

It was my first time booking with this company and Ali was the means of great help in arranging a package of my choice with a Hotel walking distance to Kaaba and an excellent hotel around 2mins walk from Masjid An Nabawi. I had transport arranged through the company as well which helped make the journey that much smoother alhamduLilah.

Ali was the means of sorting out a very good package. I would like to use this company again!

Thanks Shamir , very helpful

I am very grateful to Abdullah who help me to do my book toUmrah hub he is very helpful and polite quick to reply when I send him a message and I had a good experience with the booking .

The hotels booked were amazing, the hotel was close and hospitality was amazing. The rooms were amazing and the food was excellent. the taxis were all spacious and on time and the flights were all handled perfectly.
Thank you very much to Ali our agent for this experience

I was served by Abdullah and Shamir, absolute gems! Very honest with me and guided me as best as they could! Amazing face for the company, highly recommended.

I booked my Umrah and they have been amazing and very professional as well as being polite and helpful I will definitely book with them in the near future and recommend to family and friends. I would like to thank Abdullah for his assistance and making this happen.

Even though I didn’t book with them , Shamir was very good and matched prices found available tickets hotels very quickly. Will book them soon in sha allah

Shamir has been a good agent for us and has sorted everything out when things went wrong

Reason for the review and 1* Umra hub was not communicating well not enough update hade to chase them for it Makkah hotel was good but madina hotel was horrible dirty smelly rooms bed sheets were stained and had hair on it hotel didn’t even want to know about it reported to Umra hub showed them pictures and videos but they didn’t do anything about it eventually had to bribe on of the staff member to get it sorted so not happy with umra hub they should do their home work on the hotels before recommending to customers

Excellent service

I worked with Shamir and he was exceptionally polite and efficient in arranging our trip, would highly recommend

Shamir helped with the hajj information really helpful

Shamir Good service, very helpful. responds fast

My first experience going to umrah and I felt overwhelmed as I didn’t have any knowledge before but Mazhar has been a great help as I was on a budget and he found really good packages for me and guided me even when I was out there I was able to reach him and he followed through ensuring I’m not facing any challenges out there. My mum was really happy with this experience to and If I’m blessed enough to go umrah again will definitely book from here and speak to Mazhar directly. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family too.

I contacted HajjUmrahhub to arrange a family ummrah trip. Sana Noor dealt building the right package sourcing the right flights and hotels that were needed. She is very patient and professional in dealing with the changes as it for a group of 18. Sana tailored a very good package and then dealt with everything including visas and was very good with keeping me updated. I will be using their services again inshallah.

Shahmir was helpful

The agent Salman was very helpful, patient and answered all questions I had clearly. He wasn't full on and persistent like other unfortunate agencies, highly recommend!

Mashallah had the most amazing experience flying first time for our umrah. We booked our package with Hamza who was great help in any questions and queries we had and we were satisfied with the hotels he booked us in with. He ticked off all our boxes and more than what we expected just a perfect wonderful experience overall. Jzk to Hamza and the team for looking after us and fulfilling our dreams.

Inshallah may Allah takes us and friends and family on this venture with you again. Ameen
