Abdullah good customer service and cheap trip

Alhamdulilah I have recently booked an umrah trip via HUH, our contact was ibtsaam. Everything went smoothly and organised. Trusted them completely and they were able to find the flight and accommodation we were looking for.
The only downside was our umrah visa, which we had to remind the team to complete rather than them doing themselves. However once reminded, they did think shortly after.
Would recommend to others!

JazakAllah

I booked my entire Umrah package through Mr. Shamir Ashna, and he took care of everything — visa, tickets, hotel bookings, and transportation. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and support throughout. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience with Huj Umrah Hub, especially Brother Abdullah. He offered us the best deal with direct flights at a very reasonable price — something I couldn’t find anywhere else. Excellent communication, quick responses, and truly professional service from start to finish.
Will definitely choose them again for my next Umrah, insha’Allah! 🕋✨

I first contacted Hajj and Umrah Hub by completing the contact form. I was replied to shortly via WhatsApp Business by the travel consultant Salman on 3rd October, the day after. Between the 3rd and 8th of October, Salman was very happy to answer any and all the several questions I had about the Umrah package. He provided costings, what each package came with and assured me that we’d have a transfer driver. He looked into different packages for me based on budget and different star hotels. The whole process was very easy and I appreciated the help. Due to personal circumstances my family did not go ahead with booking but if we do in the future, I’ll definitely be booking my next Umrah trip with Salman at Hajj and Umrah Hub. Thanks for the help, may Allah swt bless your business.

Salam everyone, I recommend this service to all, they accommodate and communicate very well Allahamdulilah. Hamza was very good and helpful , I want to thank him personally for making my experience that much more memorable.

Service was very good, everything was arranged very well.

I had a nice interaction with Shamir, who provided excellent information about fantastic hotels and a guide for the Dubai trip. Thank you to him for making my vacation smooth and enjoyable.

Mr. Shamir has been so helpful with me from the beginning. Only one phone call and he answered. Highly recommended for your visa needs. Thank you again Mr. Shamir!

Ibtsaam was very helpful from the very beginning with the provisional booking dates and later adjustment.
I must admit that I was rather skeptical at the beginning but thats my nature.

The Umrah itself went well, The Emaar Hotel in Makkah was very clean and the staff very helpful , 10 mins walk to haram

The Odst hotel in Madinah was rather a downgrade, had to change hotel rooms due to bad smell , had to ask for everything over and over again before the staff act . Distance was just 5 mins walk from Haram

The transport and transfers were perfectly done both in Makkah and Madinah.

The only negative comment was the visitor visa rather than umrah specific visa as this made us not able to bring home zamzam water as per wizz air rule.
I think the visa team has to ask people about the type of visa

Overall, it was a very wonderful and memorable 1st Umrah and i will recommend

I’ll always book Umrah from here, and I’m so grateful for Abdullah Sajid’s help! He’s truly one of the best people to assist you in organising Umrah with the best prices possible.

Good service thanks Mr Shahmeer

Shamir was great

I had a great experience with you thank you

This our second time we have taken services from Islamic Travel. Mr
Awaiss is a truly gentleman with full of kindness. He has listened us and care us from beginning to until ends. We trusted him for our journey with young childrens and he made our journey easy and supported us fully. Thank you so much fir being kind ,humble and honest.

I contacted this company through recommendation from daughter Feroza. Who went to umrah this year with this company.
As myself and my husband who are elderly, suffering with health problems.
Also the trip had to be affordable,
as we both were pensioners.

For this reason I wanted someone reliable to arrange our umrah trip.

When I contacted the company I was put to Awaiz.
I couldn't have asked for better person.

Awaiz was polite, his approach was very professional, patient and very knowledgeable.
Awaiz spoke very clearly.
When I didn't understand something he took time to clarified my concerns.

He want out his way to find the best option that would suit us.

Eg.. suitable hotels closer to the haraam.
Flights which we're affordable to us.

I have been very satisfied with his customer service.
He is definitely a ASSET TO HIS COMPANY.

I would highly recommend to everyone to ask for Awaiz to arrange for a trip to umrah with him.

Awaiz is 1st class customer service who deliver what you want, takes all aspects of your concern.

I pray Allah reward him his family in this world and hereafter.

Ameen ya rabil alameen.

Awaiz please accept my appreciation.

Thank you.

Really great service, it was a great Umrah experience.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hamza for everything he did for us in organising our first Umrah.
We had the most memorable Umrah experience, with locations of our hotels and the late request from us to change our transportation from Mecca to Madinah, by car to train and Hamza managed to make it happen for us. We are extremely grateful for his support and service all the way through, from the initial booking to our journey back home.
We are already looking forward to making our journey again to Mecca/Madinah in the near future and we sure that we will experience the same.

Thank you again Hamza, Shukran and may Allah SWT look after you and your family.
Ameen
Mr Ivan DOWman

Best deals for umrah if you are going. Do not hesitate to contact them as they tailor your needs with their package. Mazhar was very helpful.

Hamza was great very friendly and best thing is he keep my everything in check. He keep on sending me msgs like have you got your first pick up, like have you checked in in hotel. That was fantastic. Highly recommend.
