My time at this hotel was amazing. They had top notch service and the staff were extremely welcoming. I would definitely recommend this package to others and will return myself in the future!

Very good customer service by Mr Ali. He was very helpful through your our flight got cancelled and he booked another straight away will recommend again

Dear Mr. Shamir l really would like to appreciate your way of communicating and convincing me during preparation of my holidays package. Especially upgrading me time to time.

My travel plan was amazing and l really enjoyed every moment. I already shared with my friends and family about your company. Thank you so much for your kind and humble attitude.

Mr Hammad gave me all the crucial information for my question about Hajj

Mazhar was really helpful in working out an umrah package for me, although I went ahead with another company due to the price and package that they could offer me, I would certainly recommend everyone to ask for him when you contact Hajj and Umrah Hubb.

Muzhar has been really helpful and professional

This is the second umrah we have booked with this company and both times Ali has been our agent. I can honestly say he puts 100% effort into finding you the best deal and nothing is too much effort. He is very patient and doesn’t stop until he finds you right deal and you are happy. He booked us Madina, Mecca and Jedda and found us 3 amazing hotels. Transport was good and reliable and we had no hiccups. We can’t thank Ali enough for his kindness and help. He is super and reliable and we would confident recommend. We will always book our Umrah with him InshaAllah

If you are looking for a Umrah package then look no further than this company.
My family and I spent a week on our journey to Mecca and Medina combined and the package suited our budget and the hotels provided were very close proximity to the harraam.

Alhamdullilah I would personally like to recommend and thank brother Samir who acted as our agent.

I can’t fault the service received by Ali, I’ve used and booked twice using his expert help and advice, those 2 trips being: Umrah (Nov 2024) and a family holiday to Morocco (Aug 2024). Nothing is ever a trouble, he takes the hassle and stress out of finding holiday packages.

Umrah - it was amazing and just how he described and provided the best location for hotel as my parents were with me and he understood it had to be a comfortable experience and not too far away including shuttle bus and arranged transfers and anexcursion.

Morrocco - First family trip away Ali knew this and went above and beyond in ensuring it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Again a seamless service provided and my family couldn’t fault anything and if anything praised his efforts highly.

Ali is an asset to the company and he is exceptionally incredible at what he does! He finds the best deals what’s suitable for my needs and even checking in on how things are going whilst we were away! There’s not enough words to express my gratitude and thanks to the service Ali has provided, he goes above and beyond any agent I’ve dealt with. He is now my go to person for all things holidays/trips I look forward in dealing with him again for our future holidays. Highly recommend! 10/10

Hamza was our travel agent and his services were excellent. Our individual needs were taken into consideration. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.

Hammad is been a Star 🌟 helped alot

Our travel agent was Ali and he was Amazing with the support he gave throughout our whole journey.
In the beginning i was a bit worried because I was travelling with kids and i didn't want to experience any disruption throughout the trip but ALHAMDULILAH everything went smooth from the hotel to the travelling everything. He even stayed in touch while we were in Saudi arabia and asked how we were doing. Amazing service and an Amazing person. I would recommend Ali to everyone I come across that wants to go for umrah or hajj.
In'sha'Allah we are invited too go again next year I will contact Ali again for our package.

One again thank you Ali for planning an amazing trip for us

I had found out about this travel company thought my Dad, as he has booked previously with them. The agent that attended to our booking was Hammad. He was very good in terms of what we had asked, and had found us a very good deal. Everything was perfect and he was always on hand when I had a question, even while abroad in Makkah and Medina. Would highly recommend booking with this company. Jazakallah khair

Alhamdulillah my first Umrah was arranged by Ali who provided a seamless service. Ali was always available for any queries and adjustments to accommodate our preferences. We were able to amend the package to suit our needs & were always kept updated. Ali went above and beyond prior to and after booking as well as during our Umrah trip. Highly recommended Ali for a personable & stress free experience detailed to suit all travellers.
JazakAllah!

Service was professional and convenient all the details for the trip was given in a timely manner including flights hotels and visas and boarding passes were given quickly aswell, I'd like to give a big thank you to Ifran for the service.

My experience with Haj Umrah Hub has been very good and I would like to say Thank you Shamir for being so helpful in the whole process. I wish you all good luck.

Shamir had been helpful throughout our experience form booking tickets to when we were in Saudi. Always been a phone call or text away from answering all our queries. where he was off work, his colleague Zain was very supportive aswell. Shamir had followed our journey to Saudi and did welfare checks whilst we were in Saudi which meant a lot. I will highly recommend this agency.

Awais was very helpful and provided all the detailed packaging according to our needs. He was very professional and accommodating.

I have contacted Shamir for my Umrah visa processing. He was very professional and submitted my visa application on my behalf and I received my visa in couple of days. I would recommend this for Umrah visa processing.
