I went to Saudi Arabia for 8 nights to perform Umrah with my family. This whole trip was arranged for us by Awais at Islamic Travels. This included the return flights from London Heathrow, visas for all of us, 2 rooms in Madinah Dallah Taiba hotel, 2 rooms in Makkah Al Ebba hotel and taxi service between airports and hotels, and between Makkah and Madinah hotels, and also included Ziarat in Makkah.
We had an incredible time in Saudi Arabia, as all the services were really good. Taxis were all on time waiting for us on the airports or at the hotels. The flights were on time and as expected. The madinah Hotel was excellent with great service and great location only 4 minutes walk from Masjid e Nabwi. We had a little trouble during the check-in because of which it got delayed by 1 hour. We really liked the hotel and its services. It was room only, therefore we had to look for food outside which was easy to find as there were many options.
Makkh hotel was not bad, but not as good as the madinah hotel. It said 4 stars but we did not feel it was 4 star, it was more like 3 star in terms of services. There was also steep walk from the hotel to the Haram which made it difficult for us as we had two little kids and my elderly father. But the distance was only 600 meters from the Masjid which is not bad. Check in process was quick and easy. Food was easy to find outside.
Overall it was great experience and good service, even though it was on the expensive side. It was hassle free and I would recommend Islamic Travels to others. Thank you Awais for making our Umrah journey smooth we really appreciate it.
