Excellent service they are patient. It was my 1st time flying on my own to umrah, and was smooth no issues. They even upgraded my hotel from 4 star to 5 star with no extra charge. Very trustworthy as other suppliers are pushy.

We went for Umrah with Hajj Umrah Travels on very short notice. My family and I had to book everything last minute, yet everything was organised within just a few hours, and we were able to make it for Umrah. We truly felt invited by Allah, and He united us with this company so we could reach His house. From the moment we arrived in Saudi Arabia, everything went smoothly, and we experienced an easy, blessed, and stress-free journey. I would definitely recommend this company, especially for anyone performing Umrah for the first time.

I had contacted to find a good Umrah package and received the help of Issa. He not only offered me a great package but also dealt with my booking very quick and efficiently. Despite all my constant queries Issa was more than happy to help. Not only did Issa book my trip but he also worked till late to meet my given deadline. We recently booked our Umrah trip through this company, and overall the experience was brilliant. The hotel arrangements and transportation were smooth and well-organised. The only small challenge was the walking distance from Grand Emaar in Makkah to the Masjid, which was a bit far for our mothers — but that was understandable given our budget. The hotel itself was clean and modern.

We really appreciated the alternative options offered and were especially happy with the excellent upgrade in Madinah at a great price. Alhamdulillah, everything else went perfectly, and the journey was stress-free.

Overall, a very good service. Everything was arranged to arranged to arrange high standard, which made the overall experience smooth and stress free. The hotel accommodations were exceptional- our rooms were superb (clean, modern and well equipped) and would highly recommend the properties we had the pleasure of staying in.

While there were some initial confusion re the taxi arrangements when we arrived in Jeddah, particularly identifying the driver's location, the issue was resolved without significant difficulty. Overall, I would highly recommend Hajj Umrah Tours and will certainly reach out to them again to arrange my next trip in shaa Allah.
